I purchased a dress in July to wear for my Birthday in September. Wore the dress one time, washed after wearing. Pieces of the dress started falling off. I paid $50 on sale for this dress. Unable to return due to the 30 day return policy. Any company that will only stand behind their product for 30 days will not be getting anymore of my money. Clothes are cute but the material used to make the clothes is very cheap and low quality. SAVE YOUR MONEY
I purchased the gold chain belt and the quality was definitely not worth the price. I expected the chain to be heavier for the price I paid. The belt could be worth 5$
Very disappointed
Isn't there alternative to sending order to customers without using courier services. It is expensive. I pay for shipping and I am charged extra by the courier company before they can deliver. At the end of the day, I am coughing out over 60 dollars for shipping. This is too too expensive! You should send through normal mail and give the customers the option of using courier services or not.

Had I not missed the 30 day return deadline due to being out of town, I would have returned everything. Pants were way too long and material on two pair was so thin (see through... literally). I'll stick to other plus size vendors.

I'm use to the low quality clothing, Use to the majority of clothing looking hideous and not worth the asking price. Every blue moon though, an outfit strikes gold. It's beautiful, appears to fit well and sells out every size in seconds. Yet, restock on said item never happens. Why? I try to be a AS fan but get dissatisfied most times exiting site with cart empty. Put more effort towards pieces that fly off the shelf and not on excessive crap no one wants.
I have been shopping Ashley Stewart for years. In the past, the clothes were a better quality and worth cost. NOW, the clothes are cheaply made and cheap material at TWICE the cost. Example... I bought the Tropical Print set( BEAUTIFUL), but for 59.90 for the pants and No Pockets was like buying pretty pull ups. That and a number of pieces I ordered was not happy not having pockets for the price I paid.
Been shopping here for over twenty years! Never been disappointed at all! Very good quality and totally worth it for me!
This company does not want to sell their items at their discounted prices. I have talked with someone who has experienced the exact same thing I am. Here's the story: I have been waiting on this skirt for about a month to go on sale. When it finally went on sale, I purchased it (so I thought) but didn't get the item. So I tried ordering it again while on sale and it says item not available for shipping. The next morning I check the item, which is no longer at 40% off but 25% off, it is magically available for shipping. I chatted with them and they said the item was probably not available in the warehouse then. LIES! This exact same thing has happened to someone else several times. Every time they try to get it at 40%-50%, it won't be available for shipping but if it is 25%-30% off, it's available for shipping. This is not right!
But what she don't understand me and my crew can steal much more from her the company is ghetto as hell with the worst customer service online I ever seen they will make you turn on their ghetto $#*! and turn ghetto just like them
I ordered for the first time a skirt and jacket. I liked them but the skirt was too big so I returned it. I never received any confirmation concerning them receiving the skirt and them refunding me the money. I really did not want to order the skirt and jacket because the quality of their items appeared to have been of no quality. I tried it and to my surprise, the outfit was cute but they lost me with the customer service. I am truly done with this company.
For the price of their clothing, the material is very cheap. I am very disappointed in this company. I used too love buying their clothing.

I purchase some items as a Christmas present for my wife in early November. Of course, she did not see them or try them on until Christmas day. We found out that they were too large. The store would not refund or exchange them because I paid for them using paypal. I contacted customer service, and was told that because it was more than 30 days since I made the purchase, there was nothing they could do. Given the covid 19 event, and xmas season, I would think they would be more flexible with their return policies. I will never purchase anything from Ashley Stewart again.

I've ordered a coat and jeans from them and the coat wasn't like the site posted it to be it was extremely short on the arms and the jeans were extremely long so I kindly returned them. Just to find out they make you pay for the shipping to get the item and to return the item. That is extremely harsh especially with the whole pandemic going on they should welcome us shoppers. I PROMISE YOU I WILL NEVER EVER SUPPORT THIS STORE IM SO DISAPPOINTED IN THEM.
I ordered $400 worth on Black Friday I haven't received the order yet it was 40% off and now it is 50% off they will not give me the 10% difference. Called customer service said if I would have called 24 hrs they would have gave it to me it's only 48 hours. I asked where does that show about price adjustments. The manager of online Keisha said it doesn't it say no price adjustments but I will give u 5% I will return the order and never shop there again. I will go on social media and request people not to shop there! PERIODT I give them no stars had to give them one star to submit complaint

Answer: Fit for me was either true or a bit big. I wear 24 or 3X and next time will try a size down.
