I ordered a shirt size 26/28 they sent a size 18/20 but the label says 26/28. And will only send shipping label after I prove to them the size was wrong! I will never waste money with them again!
I just closed my account due to they charge you 8.95 for shipping and 8.00 for return. I see why so many stores have closed. I was a loyal customer until you would not give me a full credit on my return!
I would never imagine i would be writing a review about you. You guys need to learn how to treat customers that shop with you often and spend a lot of money when its even so dam hard to exchange and return everything is money. Am so pissed right now i wish i could put zero stars. I will admit that the products are good however based on my previous experience this time around you have let me down and to that customer service agent in the chat miss shanice you don't just end a chat while u talking to a customer so bluntly without saying goodbye etc you need to learn to end your chats professionally your not talking to your friends. I have spent my $198 to get my diva dollars nothing came in my email and when i asked about it i heard it has been expired OK i understand i said i don't want it back but because i was qualified and i didn't received totally not my fault is there anything that can be done to give me a discount on a purchase am about to do for $201 and you gonna tell me bluntly diva dollars expire wen i clearly said i am not asking for that then turn around and took your $#*! away like customer doesn't matter well OK i am done shopping with u guys no more credit card with u guys
I am so disappointed in this company. I shopped with them for the first time, and picked out 2 cute dresses. When my order arrived, one dress was correct, but the other item was something completely different - a shirt that didn't even match the picture on my packing slip. I emailed the company the day I received the package to ask about correcting the order. I got an email back saying "return it to us then we'll refund you and you can (try) to re-order what you wanted. Oh, but if you use our shipping label we will keep $8 of your refund.". So, not only did they send me the wrong item, they then expect me to PAY for the shipping back to them, then PAY SHIPPING AGAIN if i try to re-order the original item I wanted. I don't mind shipping the wrong item back, mistakes happen. But charging me for it then having the gall to tell me to reorder the correct item and pay additional shipping? Nah bro. I also tried to call them a few times at the phone number on the packing slip, during their stated business hours, and it rang busy every time I tried. Unless someone contacts me to fix this, this will be my first and last experience with this company.
I have been an Ashley Stewart customer forever so I'm disappointed that they don't offer a ship to store for free especially since many of their items are online exclusives. Which also means they can NOT be returned to a store and you'll be charged another $8 on top of the $8.95 the charged to ship your items. All of their competitors have a ship to store free option, plus you can return items to their stores. I won't be ordering anything else from Ashley Stewart - just lost a loyal customer.
I purchased an "ON MY LEVEL" t shirt... very cute too. I wore it one time and washed it one time without bleach. The black hair on the shirt faded so therefore their was no color at all left. I tried to return it or exchange it but couldn't because it didn't have the tags attached. Well why would I wear it wash a shirt with tags anyway. I as well as many members of my family have ordered lots of clothing from Ashley Stewart but NEVER again. If anyone is planning to buy any of the tshirts with black hair or faces on them don't because the color will fade when they are washed. I sent mine back thinking they would send me another one once they saw it but they didn't and plus didn't even send my cheap-looking one back even though it was paid for lol. Oh well I guess they need their mess more than I do.
I recently purchased 2 skirts and a jacket from Ashley Stewart online, and had no problem. Items arrived in time expected, were correct sizes, and I'm happy. I love the way the one skirt's waistband is made -- looks like a wide band, but there's a thin piece of elastic nested near the top that is the real waistband, so it doesn't roll like true wide bands often do. I wear a 24 or 3X normally and these were a bit large. I will get 2X or 22 in the future. Only complaint is jacket stripes not symmetrical on front panels. I'd have been upset if I'd paid full price.
In the middle of placing an order and submitting payment information Ashley Stewart site glitched. Went back to my cart to check to see if my item was still there, which it stated it was empty. Also, I did not receive an order number. That prompted me to re-order my item, which I did and this time I received an order number. I checked my online banking statement and the I noticed the first item was placed and I was charged(how, idk). I hopped online to chat with an agent, I explained what happened. I was advised by the agent that they do not cancel orders, by no circumstance to ensure that the customer receive their items in a timely mannor. I advised that I understood, but Ashley Stewart site glitch, which is not the customers fault and therefor I should be able to cancel that particular order. The agent then further advised me that they haven't received any other complaints that there's an issue with the site. Which then, I advised "Jean" that there may have not been, but I am reporting an issue now and the item I purchased was under $20 due to the site 40% flash sale and I gain nothing by lying! Long story short, they did not cancel the duplicated order. I literally had to call my back, placed an dispute just to get my money back. This is a very small issue, and should've been handled much differently. Either refund the customer's money, maybe offer a store credit or something but to advise them that under "no circumstance" is unacceptable and make me want to spend my money elsewhere. GREAT job, AS!
What is going on? The quality and all these prints! No classy clothing Anymore. Some of Ashley Stewarts clothing look like clown clothing! All the stores for plus size women closing or getting clothing from China now. Shopping channels sticking designer labels on poor quality clothing from china and charging high prices! Everything has stretch now a 4x woman squeezing in a 1x Ridiculous! Every once in awhile I see something decent to buy.
I placed an order for 2 pair of leggings totalling about $50. I used my PO Box for the order and checked for almost 3 weeks and received absolutely NOTHING! I sent in a few emails, NOTHING! Called and only got a funky "I'm sorry and understand". After calling for the umpteenth time, I finally get an email stating that an investigation is open and I'd have to wait until almost a month before they can issue my money back for something I never received! Just checked my email and now I'm being sent a generic return email that's stating they're only giving me back LESS THAN $10! Don't shop with these crooks unless you just have free money to throw down the drain!
I ordered a coat, it was too big. I gave it to my twin sister because I didn't want to pay $10 to return it. I ordered another coat in my size. Both of our coats are literally falling apart! The metal clasp around the waist string have fallen off and we had to super glue them back on. I have a hole in my pocket. I also have a hole under both of the arms of my coat. These coats are literally falling apart and were clearly poorly made!
I traveled 45 minutes out to go shopping at the only Ashley Stuart in Orlando (west colonial store) today and I was very disappointed with the service I received. I was not greeted and I had to ask for help. Even then the sales associate Named angela Lundy was extremely rude and unapproachable. She acted as if I was a bother and she really don't want me there. I asked for help with several items (I needed to see if a Particular item came in a set) with a matching top and she said NO what we have is what you see there and pointed to the rack of clothing. I also needed an Item that I thought was out of stock in my size until I noticed that the manikin has on the size that I needed. I asked if she could help take it off the manikin so I could purchase it and she didn't want to. She was not courteous she was not helpful she did not move with a sense of urgency and she most definitely did not make me feel welcome or comfortable. This by far was the worst shopping experience I've had in all my years. I have a Ashley Stewart credit card that I'm thinking of closing out & never shopping here again because of this experience. This store is the only store in Orlando and I refused to come back and get Miss treated the way that I did today. Hopefully you guys address this issue so I can continue to shop here.
Not worth the money, especially their sweaters, bras, and definitely their panties. I have bought about 10 pair over a year and nearly all have torn or ripped and I hand washed them.
I had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because Ashley Stewart is not adhering to their own policy of returning items to the customer after the 30 days period. It clearly states on the back of their shipping receipt, "Returns after 30 days not accepted and will be sent back to you. Truth be told, I think they restocked my items and sold them because they still had the tags on them, never been worn, excellent condition. Every time I ask customer service about the status of my return, they don't respond or they say we will send you the tracking number once your items are shipped. This has been going on close to a month now. I am very doubtful that I will see these items again.
IF I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE RATING I WOULD! So I order boots that were on sale Black Friday weekend. Ashley Stewart use UPS for their shipping company (which by the way is the wor sa t shipping company to use during the holiday because their delivery people are lazy). I received a notification that my package was shipped while I was at work. Cool! Get home no package filed a claim with UPS and Ashley Stewart about the package. Had all the information from my leasing office security that proved my package was never delivered. UPS denies their claim so Ashley Stewart decides to deny their claim. This happened 3 times. So then I reached out to a friend that works for UPS and found out Ashley Stewart has an agreement with UPS. So when one denies their claim the other denies their. So mind you this happened starting 11/28/18. So now by the middle of December since I don't have my package or a refund I dispute the charge with my card. Ashley Stewart has extended that investigation twice. Now they talking about 45-90 days. Their online is a bunch of scammers. If you don't go in the store do not shop with them! SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE because they like keeping people hard earned money because of their mistakes and mess ups!
I am still waiting for my refund I bought three dresses and they delayed without explanation about the delay and when I contacted them, they claimed it's on the way. Even when I told them it's late for me to use the dresses. Now I saw on the tracking system that they have returned the dresses to the sender. Look guys I need everyone to beware of this company. They are worst and criminals. But I know by the time am done with them, they will pay for more than they bargained for.
I ordered 2 items. I understood that shipping was running a little behind when I got the email stating such, BUT when I got it, it was only one piece. I ordered 2 of the EXACT items. When I called customer service, he said, "We will just refund your money for the one." Really? If I wanted 1, I would have ordered 1. He said that I would have to go back in and reorder instead of just sending me what was already, ordered and charged! Apologies do not meet deadlines. Do not run a sale if you cannot fulfill the orders. I asked for a survey but was told I couldn't be transferred to one. I was offered a supervisor but declined because the man I was dealing with had clearly stated how Ashley deals with short shipments.
I ordered two dresses from AS about a week apart, same dress different color. I received an e-mail concerning the first dress that I ordered saying that my return had been processed when I never received the order. I called customer service and was advised that it was canceled at the warehouse for some reason but she couldn't tell me why. I looked online and the dress wasn't sold out in that color and the size I needed so again I don't know why it was canceled. The second dress that I ordered never came. I didn't receive an e-mail stating that my order was canceled but it is now sold out. Terrible customer service. I used to love AS but they obviously have no idea what is in their inventory and they don't even tell you when your order is canceled.
I went to the Hallsferry location in St. Louis, MO I was trying to use a couple. I had from awhile ago showed the coupon to the manager she told me to text the word on the coupon and get a code I saw it was a code on the registrar as well so I copied that one too so I go out to the car text the word from my old coupon and it gave me a code that was expired in 2016 I said well ill try the new code from the registrar and it came back I had already tried a code all you can use is one but the first was expired so it blocked out the new code I go back in a tell the manager I was ripped off this old trick talking about we can see if the expired one would work is all she could do off course it didn't im like don't you have a different code or could you just take the five off she said no mam I was like what the hell it was not fair I bought the two items but I will never in my life go in there again I hope they close that one too
