We have a business and have about 20 devices and having Asurion is such a great help because employees are not very careful all the time to put it lightly.

My experience was very smooth. I logged in and made a claim and the very next day someone came to me and fixed my phone. It only took about 15 minutes total. The process was very easy and I'm glad I didn't have to leave my house, as well. It saved me time and gas

The weight time was long but they did a fantastic job would definitely recommend!

I dropped my phone in a portapotty on accident. So I had to file a claim and it was so easy. Just answered a few questions and that was it. I got a replacement phone 2 days later.
