If possible don't go for purchasing their device and monthly installment payment plan. They will charge you one or the other way to charge more. They got my device but billing credit only they gave for 5 months. They revoked it again and I have to monitor the billing and ask them. Really they started cheating called direct bank payment and deduct the amount from bank. If you dont notice the bill, they charge for international talk, etc etc...
One month they sent me bill for $759.11. Now you can image their intension to suck your blood.

Playing on this internet service gives me a headache. There is absolutely no way it could be this abysmal without something being wrong. Anytime I connect to any game, my ping is higher than my internet bill, and that is just incredible. Wish there was a 0 star rating.
I signed up for fiber optic 300Gbps and set dial up 10 Gbps! The crew installing the services did not tell me about this. I lost business getting disconnected all the time from the internet.
Be extremely careful about agents coming to your home unexpectedly pretending they work with the internet installing team to sell you phone services. It took me 7 days and money as I had to take time out of work to go to AT&T stores several times would not take the new phone back and terminated services because a home visit agent handled the services. The home visit agent and his manager never returned my calls. I had to pay fees to take my phone back and still appears in my account as if I had not returned the phone and internet modem! THE WORSE NIGHTMARE!
I've moved 10 times in the last 6 years. The thing on my list of to do things is contact ATT, you get transferred to someone who barely speaks our language, then you get transferred. It's a nightmare process ( beyond terrible) the personal show and do what's needed ( leave things behind) and leave. I'm doing my best to go to streaming only and leave ATT along with switching I phone service! They stink
Went to Walmart, bought 2 new phones wanted them activated,they switched my service to at&t put a lock ππ π on paid in full phones phone bill is 5 times what I was paying at straight talk.had to buy 2 new phones loose our phone numbers.700.00 in the hole and still. AT&T gave false information about the account and PIN we needed to transfer service from AT&T to T-Mobile several times. This wasted a week, and multiple hours were spent EVERY time we tried to port the phone number over to the new phone with T-Mobile.

Upon complaint to the AT&T Leadership Team, all I got was a phone call from the office of the president. During that phone call, Kevin advised that I can't expect everything to be accurate on AT&T's end when we're asking for information. Additionally, AT&T offered no financial payment for our hours spent on the issue due to AT&T's mistakes and false information because it wasn't our account, but a work account through my husband's company. Never mind that it still should have taken 5-10 minutes. The fact is, if you are transferring any number to your family plan carrier, you MUST be on the phone with these people.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH AT&T GAMES. My husband, his company's IT person (the AT&T account owner) and I wasted over $1,000 worth of work time BECAUSE OF AT&T. They won't take accountability and won't pay us back for lost productivity.

Waste of time changing to this company. There's is always an issue amwith them. They have you talking to representatives for 2-3 hours at times. It's very fustraring. Would never recoomend anyone switching here. There's alot of areas were no service at all.if i could i would give zero stars
The sales people lie about costs. The company lies about teacher discounts and recompense for used phone. Customer service is a scripted foreign employee with a scripted foreign supervisor. Service outages for days in places with typical service. This company is a scam.
I pay for 3 boxes. I am in bed with a serious case of covid. I only have tv. I have a message "too many streams,". It gives me a choice refresh THAT DOESNT WORK. Or set new home location. It tells me I have done this too many times. EXCUSE ME. I call for what their site says is 24/7 technical support. How stupid. You. Call and no matter what number you dial it tells you to call during working hours. What lousy service. At these times I'm sorry I left spectrum. I just spent a little over $2,000 a couple months ago with them. Paid for my service in advance. I'm a single father of two little boys one of them with special needs and I work 60 hours a week. I forgot my bill was up and got my phone shut off two weeks after it was due. They revised to work with me on turning it on for 2 days until I got paid. I use my phone for work and so this really hurts. I switched to AT&t as a couple guys from work said that they liked their service and for some reason I was dumb enough to switch from a good company that always worked with me anytime I had an issue to this crap. AT&t truly could not care less about their customers. All they want is their money and after they get that they are done with you. How the hell are these guys still around?! After reading all these other reviews this is just a small problem compared to the other stuff they put people through.

I've only been with AT&T less than one year I was laid off then I went back to work so of course, my payment was going to be late. Then I was furlough with my Job and I explained that to them but it didn't matter. To me all they really care about is their payment not the situation that their customers are in. Now when they gave me an arrangement I told them I will not be able to make payment in that time frame. I need at least two more days added. Hey. My name is Hunter and I was looking for some phone number options and my agent who helped me was Elvin and without my approval-he changed my number and screwed up my phone. I'm on the phone now with at&t trying to get my old number back. Please reinforce with Elvin that she should not be changing numbers unless the customer gives him the approval. Switched to AT&T internet at $50 monthly and the monthly rate will never change along with I was suppose to get a $200 gift card for switching. Called the rep (45 days later) that setup this account and asked about the gift card and he said to check your email and follow the directions and we never got an email. We moved and took AT&T with us. The tech didn't want to install our modem centrally and caused our signal to be weak. I contacted AT&T over 7 times. I was issued a credit for the repair and charged for the repair, with NO repair being made. I went back and forth. They are incompetent and evasive. Avoid if possible.

We recently upgraded our phones. At Christmas it advertised a watch included with the purchase. I pay 10 dollars a month for service and with all of the hidden fees and the fact that you do not get the full credit of the installment each month is ridiculous and was not explained at the time of purchase. I also visited the their web site and they advertise 3 lines for $60.99 and if you have signature member you get 10 dollars for each line which I get the catch is I am paying $70.00 per line with my 10 off is $60.00 per line. I feel like I should ve paying $50.99. They said it was because I don't have auto pay. I don't think I should have to auto pay when I am never late with my bill and have been a client for 18+ years. At&t. I pay $21.00 in your junk fees alone on my bill.

My Dad passed away in Dec. Went thru 3 phone calls and 2 visits to store to advise them of my Dads death.
