The staff at AutoLoss saved me time and money. They can be a little rushed at times but I get it, they are trying to do as many of these as possible. So, results... I got a $2k increase from my self-negotiated efforts with a USAA adjuster and CCC valuation report. AutoLoss generated an appraisal and handled negotiating with the insurance appraiser. We settled on a value without having to go an umpire (more time and haste). The number was a little higher than my own calculations based on market prices, so I was plenty happy to settle it. My state forces insurance to pay the appraisal fee if the valuation goes up, so I felt pretty confident I wouldn't have to test the AutoLoss refund policy. It took about 3 weeks to settle once AutoLoss got involved; there were a few quiet times where I needed to ping for updates, but there was always new stuff to report within a day or so. I would use them again for the sheer benefit of the third party negotiation they cut right through all the delay tactics my insurer was using.

I never leave reviews but I had to this time. My attorney, john Davis told me they were the best in the field. My diminished value claim settled for $7000, more. The report was excellent and my attorney stated it was a no brained thing. Thanks. Jared fil

Initially, I was only offered only $500 for my diminished value claim. State Farm tried to screw me like all insurance companies do. I had used Autoloss before so it was easy to work with them. After many demand letters by Autoloss staff and Doug calling my adjuster I settled for $5600. The process lasted 4 weeks. Great bang for the buck. Yisa GUI

Very professional

Monica has been extremely professional. She took the time to get to know my situation and figured out the best way to help me. She does not need to make a quick buck and talked to me a few times before she asked for money. I received the report in 24 hours. The report was very comprehensive and specific about my vehicle.

I was able to settle the claim for over $10,000. I had no idea what frame damage did to my vehicle. Monica called 20 Mercedes dealerships and they gave her great information.

I worked with Autoloss and they were commited to getting me the highest value of my truck. Many times Allstate tried to weasel Monica, attempting to push her to umpire. Monica kept the process going and ultimately we got the vehicle valued $6,000 above the initial figure.

I am a pure skeptic

Ladies and gentlemen,
I am a pure skeptic and I ask detailed questions to lower risk. After asking Monica around 50 tough questions, I was convinced auto loss DOES NOT WORK FOR THE INSURANCE COMPANIES! This is is huge because they do not generate their business from the insurance companies, rather they challenge them to get you fair value for your vehicle.

My insurance company U$** was acting in bad faith for my vehicle. They claim to use a ridiculous program called CCC. This is an unfair double dipping mechanism designed to unfairly lower your appraised value on your vehicle to save the insurance company big money.

My Acura was valued by insurance criminals at 60% of value. Monica fought with them tooth and nail and realized they were not being very fair, only raising their offer by $500 each time. Monica stuck to her guns and we went through the entire appraisal clause and Monica never asked for a penny more.

I would absolutely use Auto Loss again and I will always fight for what's right. I would not be surprised if the unethical insurance companies aren't actually paying people to leave bad reviews against auto loss because they are not on the insurance company pay roll. BE AWARE OF APPRAISERS WHO ARE ON THE INSURANCE COMPANY PAY ROLL!

AutoLoss for the win!

I had a total loss claim in the state of Oregon and thanks to AutoLoss I got the REAL market value for my vehicle. Monica and her team answered all my questions and responded to every email and call. I felt very fortunate to find autoloss. My supervisor had told me about diminished value at lunch. I was in a wreck 2 Months ago and had never heard of diminished value. My supervisor explained it and advised me to talk to Monica, who owned autoloss. I made a few calls to my adjuster and the supervisor. I told them I was going to take them to court. I was able to get the full amount of my car claim. I took my supervisor to lunch for hitching me up with Autoloss. Great job! Brittany Lynn

Very impressed

I had a 4 year Honda in excellent condition. My insurance company only wanted to repair the vehicle at the cost of $12,000. I even had a hard time of getting the adjuster to pick up the phone. I wanted my Honda totaled but was getting nowhere. Autoloss faxed the report to the claims adjuster. The next day after a heated conversation the insurance company totaled my Honda at a fair price. I was ripped off by Autoloss, should have read these reviews first and don't believe the good reviews here please this is totally waste of money and time here totally rude people, once they get the $250 Monica shows the other face of her the ugly one that seems to be the real face of her!
She avoids call gives an attitude and tells me am not refunding you! Did not do me any good at all BEAWARE of them

We have excellent reviews and are we members of the BBB. We have been in business over 20 years and we always take all of our calls. We have numerous staff members to help all customers from start to finish. This client stated if she did not get her money back she would complete hundreds of bad reviews about our company. My claim was against Allstate. I worked on it for a few months and a friend told me to call autoloss. Carl Kurtz the adjuster was awful to work with. He really thought $300 was a fair diminished value offer. Working with autoloss for a few months and a few demand letters later I was forwarded a dv check for the full amount I asked for initially. I have used Autoloss on 2 ocasions for total loss and diminished value. In each instance the reports they generated got me a considerably higher value than the cheap insurance company was offering... Insurance companies are experts at delay, not pay or underpay claims... the key is to be stubborn, have your facts and refuse low ball insurance company offers... for a few hundree dollars Autoloss negotiated an additional $1600 from Geico... and although I am quite savy and experienced dealing with Insurance companies you still need the facts to back up your claim... I highly recommend Autoloss. Great service with real results.

Very Happy Customer

I contacted this company last month after three of cars were totaled by hurricane Harvey.
The insurance company was not paying us the value we requested.
We were very upset and than I find Auto Loss company on line and cannot tell how happy we are they were able to get us little over 12K for all three cars.
