Monica and her crew with Autoloss were very professional, timely, and caring. I had my 1999 F-350 powerstroke stolen and ultimately Totaled by State Farm. I went back and forth with StateFarm as they said my lift, wheels, tires bigger injectors and turbo were all "personal prefence" and added no value to vehicle while saying my toolbox, headache rack and bed liner only added a total of 125 dollars to the vehicle. The only comparable vehicle State Farm used was a truck from Maryland with no upgrades. I ultimately got Monica involved where she took into consideration all of my upgrades and found actual comparable vehicles in the area. Monica was able to get me over $8,000 dollars more then what StateFarm offered and was able to get my claim settled after 2 weeks! I would highly recommend her to anyone

Whatever you do do not use Autoloss. Monica Fisher is only helpful; when it goes to taking your money. With a diminished value claim you may end up going to court. If you go to court Monica Fisher has to be present or your claim will be thrown out. Monica wanted $2000 to attend a zoom court date for 15 minutes on a small claim of less than $5000.

If you choose to go to a diminished value "expert" ask them how much they charge to be an expert witness if it goes to trial. I would never use Autoloss again and I recommend everybody avoids this company for their lack of support. The report is worthless if you go to court without the expert witness. She knows this and only wants the easy money.

I agree, with the other reviews. Go without autoloss ands good luck. Autoloss saved me thousands due to the report and help. State Farm lied to me for months. They had never heard of diminished value. What a joke they are. Doug creek

Today customer service is a button you chose a button. Autoloss answers the phone and talked me thru the easy process. Monica sent me the diminished value report which was very lengthy and specific report the next day. They filed the claim with progressive and within a few weeks the diminished claim was resolved. I was hit by a drunk driver who hit and ran. I drive a Tesla so my video camera fought them. Next I called State Farm which of course said I was not due any diminished value. Yes, my car had minor damage but $2500 will still decrease my value. I read about autoloss on a few Tesla sites. I called and the owner answered the phone, I was impressed by that alone. After paying$300 autoloss submitted the claim the claim and within a few weeks I received a check for over $5000. Great job and I will tell my friends about them. Nema

This was the first Diminished value claim I had the displeasure of dealing with my insurance company on. Normally USAA is outstanding, but they fought this at every step. I looked to Auto Loss and Monica came to the rescue.

My Tesla sustained over $7000 in damage in a hit an run and my insurance company wanted to settle for ~$500 in diminished value, they left it at that amount and said there was no negotiation, no appeal and no way to get the value I had stated from Monica's Auto Loss assessment.

Monica stepped in an handled it from there on out and had the insurance company settle on ~$4500 in the end, nearly 10x what they had left as a "NO more negotiations amount".

This was all accomplished in 2 days time, after my insurance company had sat on things for nearly 4 weeks leading up to Monica stepping in at my request.

I can't say enough in thank you's and gratitude for getting the money that was rightfully due from the hit and run damage. I previously spoke to 2 diminished value specialists online and one in person at the beginning and none of them had the confidence or assurances that they could get and amount anywhere near what Auto Loss got for me.

Auto Loss is on my list of recommended representation bar none.

I took a chance and called on a Saturday morning. Monica answered the phone which was unexpected because I thought I was just gonna leave a message. Monica can help you! If you have had an accident, not your fault you need to file a Diminished Value Claim With the guilty party insurance company. This is where Monica and her company Autoloss comes in. You WILL Need her professional help to get paid. The insurance companies will try and tell you that fixing your car is enough, but is not. A properly repaired car still loses a substantial amount of resale value once it has been in a wreck. You need to get paid for this loss as well as repairs. My wife was in car accident and our 2017 Lincoln Navigator L SUV (has low mileage) was a total loss per the insurance adjuster at Liberty Mutual /Safeco insurance company. The insurance company only wanted to pay off the loan amount $34,803.50 and refuse to give us the actual cash value ($48,000) for our vehicle and credit for the upgrades.
