AWESOME COMPANY!

I contacted Autoloss after my fairly new SUV with 3500 miles on it was rear ended & required $11K worth of body work. The at fault driver's insurance company claimed there was NO diminished value & offered me $50 to go away!

Monica at Autoloss explained their whole process and that insurance companies don't like to ever pay DV. Once I had agreed on using Autoloss, they prepared the report, faxed it to the insurance company and sent me a copy with a manual on when to call them, how to negotiate, what to say and more importantly, what NOT to say. The report was very comprehensive & included comps of like vehicles in my area.

Even though I was warned not to expect a check for the full amount of the DV, the insurance company agreed to paying me that amount in full after I signed a release. I should have the check in a week.

I can't thank Autoloss enough for their expertise and professionalism. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a DV report!

Totally Worth It!

I just can't say enough how much I appreciate what Auto Loss and Monica has done for me when my 2016 Hyundai Tucson was totaled out in a accident. Within 24 hours of me supplying her the information, she had her appraisal done and sent to my insurance company. My insurance company wanted to only give me $17,700 for my Tucson. Monica's estimate was $4,300 more! It took about a week but my insurance company agreed to all the additional money! Thank you so much Monica, I could really use that extra $4,300!

I was very happy with the appraisal Auto Loss created for my total loss claim with my insurance company on my F350. The initial offer from the insurance company was very low and they were not going to move on it. After invoking the the insurance clause Monica negotiated a settlement of 23,200. Without Auto Loss negotiating on my behalf I would have lost a lot of money. The insurance companies make it as difficult as possible to resolve the claim. Monica was able to get me 6,700 over what the insurance offered.

Not as advertised

This company cannot help you with a diminished value claim. When I spoke with the owner about their services she verbally told me that her company guaranteed they could get a diminished value claim or they would refund their fee. When it came down to it, the claim was declined, and she pointed to a carefully cloaked clause in their contract that got them out of honoring their money back guarantee. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Work directly with the insurance company. AutoLoss does not provide value or honor their word.

We tried to help Teri and we asked her to send us a copy of the prior loss so we could amend the claim and help her further. She refused to send us the prior loss information so we could help her further. Feel free to email us and we can send a copy of the thread showing us asking her many times for the prior loss. I explained to her that she could get it from the body shop, the adjuster at the insurance company, or the Carfax. She refused to help us at all. Monica Fisher

Very pleased

I had a 2008 Dodge Diesel Truck that was totaled in a crash. My insurance company offered me a valuation I didn't agree with. I contacted Monica and within hours she went to battle for me. Monica and her company were able to get me close to $7,000 more then the insurance company offered! Great customer service and I have already recommended her to family and friends.

Initially Monica gave around 4000$ estimate for brand new BMW Diminished Value. Other company with whom I went last time for my other vehicle gave around 1300$ for same BMW and they charge 100$. Last time for other car company estimate Geico paid 100%, Since brand new BMW thought more diminished value should be paid so went AutoLoss/Monica. Before payment also asked Monica looks estimate is high how much will I get? Monica said we handle thousands of these type of cases around 80% will be paid by insurance. After paid with credit card response was not great and finally made to settle below 1000$ else it will be 275$ loss to pay her, which is below 30%. Her fee itself 275$, I got around 700$, what a waste of time with her. Heard from others also that she gives higher estimate initially to attract people it won't work out. Monica won't answer calls, they behave differently once you pay. Be careful while going with them, they come up with high value to attract people but realty is different no proper support documentation. Earlier I went with other company got 100% of their estimated value. Just because it is not even 6 month old BMW tried AutoLoss. She charges more, customer service was very bad. She talks harsh and won't listen. Very upset with this company writing review to save others from them.

Totally Satisfied

We reached out to AutoLoss on a weekend day and received an immediate response. The services were explained clearly. Materials that were promised were received and they never hesitated to answer all our questions. The results were excellent and they helped us obtain a fair settlement with the insurance company. I've used Autoloss twice now on two different total loss claims. Monica and her team have been very professional and helpful in both instances. Monica was able to get me ever $5,000 more than what progressive was offering me on my first claim, and $3000 more and they were offering me on my second claim. Point being the insurance companies are going to try to lowball you, and pay as little as they can. You need someone to fight for you to get the most money, and the true value of your vehicle anf that person is Monica! Total loss claim

My 2021 Subaru was rear ended on the 3rd day I owned it doing over $6000 of damage. A friend had told me about Diminished Value and recommended AutoLoss.com -- Monica and her team were great to work with. They helped me revise my request for payment three different times as American Family kept disputing that my vehicle had sustained Diminished Value. I found Auto Loss while doing a web search for diminished value claim experts, and I have to say Monica and her team were nothing but professional. Within a few days we had a completed report of my claim, they sent it to Geico for me, who by the way fought me on every step of my claim, trying to use aftermarket parts on me Lexus etc. Auto Loss provides you with training on how and what to say when insurance companies offer you less, or try to rebut the claim altogether, so I was prepared to fight! To my surprise within one week the full amount of my claim was digitally transferred into my bank account. Unbelievable, easy, and I have nothing but great things to say about Monica and the team at Auto Loss. This is a hidden secret that you must tell your friends and family about, and I would absolutely use Auto Loss every time... great company. Excellent customer support, and 100% worth every penny!

The other party fixed my vehicle, on top of that I was able to get $2300 diminished value from the other party's insurance. This was possible one and only because of the Autoloss team's guidance.
