We never received this table cloth. Fedex delivered this tablecloth to a post office instead of the address we put on the parcel, and then took it away from the post office only 3 days later (instead of the 7 it's supposed to be). So we've spent $200 at bannerbuzz, and have completely lost our order. Won't be ordering from here again!
Bought some golf flags November 2024, put them up in January on the course, and by end of may they had started ripping and deteriorating, poor quality flags and all they could offer was 15% off next order, they were one month out of there 6 month warranty before I got around to notifying.

Ordered two personalised flags, specially designed, the first two arrived but weren't exactly as designed, contacted banner buzz and straight away they couldn't have been more helpful, they sent the flags again, as designed, they arrived superfast! Not an Australian company! And you're asking me for a review of goods I haven't received. I wish I had read the independent online reviews before buying. Never again would I purchase from this company and never would I recommend anyone else does either. Communication is very poor, delivery is late and I can't comment on the quality of the goods as I haven't received my order.

I ordered one product on 9th May, with plenty of time for it to arrive by 30th May for the event I ordered it for. On 23 May I received an email from bannerbuzz to tell me my order was on hold. This was the first email I had received since the order confirmation. When I contacted them via their chat, they tried to tell me that I hadn't approved the proof. I then went to check my spam and my bin. No emails from bannerbuzz. I then asked them to resend the proof, which they said would happen within 48 hours. When I explained I needed it to arrive before 30th May they said it would only be possible with priority shipping, which they wanted to charge me more for. Given they had not sent the proof to me in the first place, and had not followed up when the imaginary proof wasn't approved, I asked for them to cover shipping since I had ordered the item in plenty of time for my event, and it was their mistakes that had caused the delay. Not only did they argue, they then didn't even provide the proof the second time, and I had to chase that up with them. When I finally received the proof, to approve, there was no chance of the item arriving for my event. And again this new staff member on the live chat tried to make me pay for priority shipping for an item that should never have required it if they had done their job right first time around. After a lot of back and forth, they agreed begrudgingly to pay the shipping, but it still will not arrive in time for my event. So not only was this a stressful experience requiring so much work on my end to make it happen, it still didn't happen as it should have. This was an abysmal experience from start to finish.

The team worked with me to ensure my frame was of a good quality and immediately sent a replacement when the first one was damaged in transit. Delivery time was also as per the website which was impressive given printing outside Australia.

My first trial order was excellent. Shortly after receiving it, I placed a few new order for product labels. And then issues started: my ptoduct labels were amended (even after my notes - please do not adjust/amend my labels), even font on some of them was changed! I'm not sure who and why was doing it but I it was very stressful and unpleasant experience. It took several emails and phone calls to get my labels reverted to original design. After receiving all my labels I found out that labels differ in size by 2mm (which is really noticeable on product) and 2 designs that meant to be circle were printed as square!
