I was ordering display stock to take to a conference in Manila. Had I known the goods were shipping from India, I would have had them sent directly. Instead I paid for them to arrive quickly in for delays in freight and customs which meant they arrived a full week later, well after I had gone. I am still away and have no idea what the look or the quality is. I am so disappointed. I expected it was a local company and that delivery would not be a problem.

This is not an Australian Company. The products are not Australian. They're made in India and then for some reason get shipped via Gemany, USA and I've lost track of where they are. Tracking details keep changing and we haven't even received the goods yet. If they don't turn up soon, we will be having our Bank investigate this company and transaction.

Choosing the size and uploading the design was made easy because it didn't need to be an image file it could be a PDF. Which was great.

BannerBuzz produced the small signs I wanted at a great price. I did not know initially that these were manufactured in India but the whole process only took 3 weeks from ordering to being in my hands! The signs look exactly as I ordered using the custom sign software. They are now attached to my gate post outside and I am very happy. Thanks BannerBuzz team.

Ordering process was more complicated than I expected. Not delivering to PO Boxes added to these difficulties. A problem for people living in rural locations that primarily rely on PO Box for all deliveries. This order will be delivered to the local Post Office regardless as does all mail to my area.
The site it's self was very easy to use, and offered some great options - the floor matts we ordered however were horrific - the quality was appalling. Stick to ordering banners etc

Banner Buzz was concerned that the background was not sharp, and contacted me to clarify. It was meant to be out of focus, and the main parts. Picture, contact details, are as sharp as a pin. Packaging was very sturdy, and delivery was via a reputable company who delivered to my door, not like some others who just throw packages over the fence. Overall- Happy. Good end product and service.

Bit clunky to use the web site ordering, but not bad.
Ordered products for an event and delivery dates shown lined up perfectly. Only after manually checking for update on the expected delivery date did I see order was delayed a week.

The ordering process was Easy enough, but there is no reason for any company large or small to have a slow postage service. There are many courier services around. DHL or Fedex can get parcels to your door in a few days from the other side of the globe. It took Banner Buzz about 3 weeks from the time i placed my order till it turned up on my doorstep. Vista print can get it done in less than a week. So can a any small printing company.
