The processing of ordering and timing of delivery was fine, although the time and effort I had to go through to confirm and reconfirm both artwork and invoicing detail was horrendous.
The transcript between me and customer service trying to confirm that i was overcharged was almost comedic. I felt like banging my head against the wall. Just an absolute nightmare.
Additionally... i opened a separate package, internationally couriered from India... to find x8 zip-ties wrapped in a roll of paper... I thought at least I had bought a full bag of zip-ties for my banners... but no... they sent x8 pieces. Honestly... either just include these in the purchase of each banner... or don't offer them at all. X8 zip ties were picked, packed, parceled, and couriered from India to Australia... *headslap*
I wish all online selling platforms would deliver their promises as Banner Buzz did.

Banner buzz was amazing. I couldn't quite get a high resolution photo so they turned what I had and designed it exactly that way, in the higher resolution. They were amazing. Communication was clear and great.

I was a klutz at designing such a simple sign. I wish I could've selected "center" instead of trying to line everything up. It became a tad frustrating. However, they were there to lend a hand, and when I described the problem, their tweaking made it perfect. I thought the options were varied and promising for future signs. Thanks for the help.

The signage was great, better priced and exactly what the local sign company was going to deliver for x4 $$.
You don't get 5 stars because the very nice sign mount studs supplied don't actually fit the sign. We re-drilled the right diameter holes to make them fit. It now looks like a professional finish.
