Very happy with their selection of products. The customer service is great and the prices are unbeatable. This ended up being the only store I was able to find everything I needed for my bathroom without spending an arm and a leg.

It all started with a cheap LED faucet tip from wish. After getting one of those and loving it during our bathroom remodel I decided I needed a proper grown-up LED faucet. Which led me to Bath Select they helped me figure out one that would work for my small space with great customer service it was ordered and delivered in record time and I now have a beautiful piece of art in my bathroom sink. Thank you for all of your help it's truly a beautiful piece.

This company has such a wide range of fixtures. So much to choose from. I had a hard time choosing what to get.

This is a fraudulent company with very poor customer service. I ordered a faucet from HOUZZ.COM to 2/11/2021 which should have been 2 faucets instead of one. Which was an error on my part. The faucet was "Clearly "advertised for 507.00 at houzz.com. Which we paid for with a credit card. When I called a week later to try to cancel the faucet since I made an error of ordering one faucet, I spoke with Maggie she said that she would inform the correct department to cancel my order. The next day, I called as spoke to Maggie again, she never cancelled my order. She acted like she never spoke to me. Maggie told me that my order was already sent out for shipment. A week after I spoked with Maggie, I was sent a notification that my order was just shipped. Really? Why can't you just be honest and do your job correctly? I made a mistake of purchasing another faucet from BathSelect on 2/28 to match the first one I purchased. The Price was again noted on their website. Today, is 3/12/2021, I get a call from Elina Henry who claims to be the boss of everyone and has been in the business for a long time. She told me after charging my credit card for 480.40 they have mispriced the faucet the faucet is worth over 7 hundred dollars. She told me that I had to pay the difference with a 5.5 % discount I told her that it was not my fault that they mis-priced the faucet. I mean come on, They've had my money since 2/28. Elina Henr is very rude and condescending. She told me that she is the boss and does not report to anyone and she does not care if I give her a bad review all over Social Media. Which, I will be doing for the next freaking month. Basically, she knows this faucet is hard to find. They are probably the only company selling this faucet so she resorts to trying to bully me into paying more for their misrepresentation. This company is partnered with HOUZZ.com. I have all the screen shots they advertised from their site, houzz and other online stores.

Bath Select has been amazing in providing all of my needs. The Customer service represents was very informative and educated on their products and answered all of my questions. Thank you for great affordable products as usual! You will continue to have my business!
