Really bad customer service and Return Policy
I've been buying dresses from Bebe since 2012, more than 70 dresses in all, from Dubai, Florida etc. After they closed all Stores, I've been ordering online. This year, the quality of the clothes was different, so I returned all (3), but one. They send me the most expensive one back (300$), saying that it had a scent. It came back and I did not smell anything. I called the customer service and they said, sorry but we don't care, you cannot return it. I called the manager and she (Anya) said rudely the same thing. I tried all 4 dresses once on at the same time and returned three, so they all should be sent back to me, if they had a scent, but only the most expensive one was sent back. I might have had some perfume on me when I tried the dresses, but this I have always, also in stores when I try dresses etc on.
I think the service was unbelievable rude and unfair, as the dress did not have a scent. I will never order from Bebe again, as I was a good customer before and they treated me this way. This is also due to change in their quality of clothes, but mainly really bad service.
I bought 2 items and returned them a day after because they didn't look right, they wouldnt refund my money back and sent the items back after a month saying there is a scent. I never wore them! Biggest scam!
Bebe use to be my Favorite store but not anymore. I returned a dress that I tried on for a minute with no make up or anything and they refuse to refund my money by aclaiming that there was an stain on the dress. ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE, BEBE IS A BIG SCAM AND I WILL NEVER SHOP AT BEBE AGAIN.
I used to be a Bebe regular and I will admit that I still purchase some items on occasion, but starting to cut my purchased to a minimum. They DO NOT stand behind their products and customer service is horrible. I will share 3 separate examples over the past 3 months
1. They declined to return a dress because they claimed there was a stain on it. NO way possible as tried dress on for one second after showering as they have played this scam with me before so I never will try on any of their items if i have deodorant on, etc.
2. Returned 4 items in a package and only got refunded for 3 items! They claimed they never got the third one. I had to fight this with my Visa
3. Washed a dress right after purchase and stitching started to unravel. Bebe said I am sorry to hear this "but we do not accept returns on used merchandise". They will not stand behind their products
BUYER BEWARE, they have cute items but buy with caution, you never know what scan they will pull to try and keep your money.
Don't buy in this shop.
They won't return your money back and the excuse will be that the item has a stain.
They never will prove it ( because it's a lie), but at the same time, it's impossible to you to prove that you never did that stain.
The items are expensive and the cuality its really bad.
You only have to read all the reviews about the customer service.

La peor atención al cliente que he visto en mi vida.
Te no te devuelven el dinero de la prenda con la excusa de que tiene una mancha ( la cual no existía cuando el cliente deja el paquete para devolver en UPS).
Por lo que leo en las opiniones, siempre dan la misma justificación (la mancha) y te sientes totalmente frustrada porque no puedes probar al ser una compra on line que tú lo devolviste en perfectas condiciones.
Hay 3 opciones:
1. Bebe en su centro de devoluciones tiene algún problema que está creando manchas en el product devuelto cuando no lo tenían al ser enviados por el cliente.
2. Su servicio de mensajería no lleva el cuidado necesario y mancha las prendas (esta opción niños daria por válida, ya que son muchas las quejas sobre la excusa de La Mancha por parte de la compañía Bebe)
3. Bebe inventa una mancha inexistente cuando reciben el producto devuelto para no tener que devolver el dinero.
Me decanto por la opción 1 y 3.
Estáis avisados: sin orendas caras, de baja calidad y además se "inventarán" manchas para no devolver el dinero.
Si aún bajo esas circunstancias quieres comprarles... adelante.
Customer Service is so terrible, they didn't accept the item for return that supposably have stains... WHAT? No proof, no photos... nothing just sent the item back saying we will not honor the return. I called customer service, the manager Anya was extremely RUDE! She was keep interrupting me and keep saying " We will not honor the return" Have you actually learned how to speak with customers at all? I have been shopping with BEBE for 10 years, I am taking my money elsewhere! I have spent literally over 30K with you guys over the years and that's how you treat your client? Such a shame. I DO NOT ADVISE FOR ANYONE SHOPPING HERE ---- THERE IS ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO PROOF AS TO WHY THEY DONT TAKE RETURNS! You are certainly not staying in business with such customer support and low expectations from your employees.!
Bought a pair of shoes NEVER wore them and my return was denied because apparently they were "dirty"
My package from Bebe was delivered through UPS and delivered to the wrong address. The wrong address was a mistake on Bebe end. However, I contacted Bebe who has some type of contract with UPS which makes bebe responsible even if my items were lost or stolen during the delivery. Make sense alittle because I paid for my items with Bebe directly and they use UPS for cheap. ( this is between UPS and Bebe), not me! The problem is you have to wait for an investigation while UPS and Bebe go back and forth to see who's fault this is. Either way none of it is my fault and I am out of my money and the items until this clears. I contacted Bebe to move this process faster and basically the customer rep. Stated it's my fault for not confirming my address correctly. REALLY BEBE! I have been shopping with you for 10 years tops and now you don't want to pay up. Bad business! Very unprofessional. It took three weeks to get this straight and still waiting for my money.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. It's twice that I order from their website and request a specific delivery mode and without fail, there is always a problem and I always need to cancel my items because they cannot get them to me on time. Horrible customer service from abroad. Give your money to a company that has more respect for its customers
I bought an item and they told me they would add my 15 dollar reward and they never did. They also took away the 15 dollar reward and never gave me and created a new account for me. I now had two one as an icon member and another as a new member. I told them three times to cancel the right account and they canceled the wrong one which removes my icon status and perks. They also never gave me the point for this purchase. Since they started closing their stores and only have one in the United States their material sucks as well as their customer service. No wonder this company is going downhill and seems to be getting worse!
Bought this dress online that looked very cute, it arrived today I'm so sad I spent my money on it, the fabric is terrible, the size not good, the color is orange... it just looks so cheap and horrible... plus it was on sale so I can't return it... please don't make the same mistake, don't buy it! Bebe should be ashamed of selling stuff like this.
This is so terrible! There stuff is not a cheap but how they can be in the business with a fake information? In one day they said three different info about my order. Even the supervisor dos not wanna listened what I said to him.Not loyalty customer service!
I received the wrong item and it has been over a week trying to resolve it. I spoke with Sarah D. (a supervisor) who kept changing her story about how she was going to resolve it. Empty promises of callbacks that never happened and emails that were never sent. Find a company that cares about its customers and give them your money, not Bebe!
I bought a spinner 4-wheel piece of luggage from Bebe. The first time I used it, wheeling it out of my apartment building to go to the airport, one of the spinner wheels pushed through into the case, leaving a hole at the bottom of my luggage. Not having time to replace the case, I had to pull the wheel back out, and tape up the hole. I contacted a customer service representative when I got back from my trip, and she made it clear that it wasnt her problem, and there was nothing she, or Bebe could or would do about it. She sounded bored and didnt even offer an apology. I then emailed the company, hoping to get a better response. I got basically a form letter/standard response that they were always glad to get feedback from their customers, both negative and positive, and thanking me for my feedback. There was nothing about actually looking into possible problems and weaknesses with their product, which caused it to break before Id even had a chance to use it. I will never buy another item from Bebe ever again. Horrible product and customer service.
I ordered an over priced blouse that ran small. I tried to exchange it and they said that I couldn't and I had to wait for my refund. Well, after 3 months of wait and, at least 6 call, I still have nothing. They are very rude and continuously put me off. This company is a joke and i will NEVER order anything else from them again. Please beware and think twice before ordering from this company, unless you like giving your hard earned money away!
Order a dress with 2 day shipping, the dress wasnt delivered on the day it was suppose to be. I looked up the order with the tracking number, it stated not arriving til monday!? 4 days later than expected!?! No email, no communication. Liz, the customer service rep didnt help, didnt connect me with a manager, she stated i could return it for free!?! Information i already knew! So now i dressless for an event and have less than 24 hours to find something else. No wonder why they closed all the stores, awful communication and management.
I ordered two bodysuits just a few days ago. I was told they were in stock when I ordered them.
I waited several days for a confirmation email to let me know they had shipped. Nothing. Then I called bebe's customer service number to check on the status of my order. I was informed that my order had been cancelled, and that the bodysuits were both out of stock.
I then told the customer service rep. That they were in stock when I ordered both bodysuits. I was told that their computer system had not been updated when I ordered them. I never got an email letting me know that my order had been cancelled and I still have not to this day. This is my very first shopping experience with Bebe and it will be my last. Horrible shopping experience.
Needed a dress in a hurry! Ordered and paid extra for fast delivery. Charged for 2 day delivery, the dress is not scheduled to arrive for 7 days! When I called to report the problem my shipping was refunded but that was it.
It does not pay to be a loyalty member.
I tried to order a skirt. When I called to see what the status of the shipping was, they said it had not yet been processed. I would here back in one day. When I called the next day and still nothing, I told them to cancel the order. I then get a email saying they can't cancel the order since it is being processed. If I hadn't received an email saying it had been processed, how can it not be canceled? Nothing they say makes any sense or is the truth.
