With emails and the numerous updates regarding sales, I told myself, why not, can't happen twice right? Well, here I am writing another review regarding the incompetence of this company.
Let's get to the issue:
BEBE, I ordered two outfits with 2nd day air. One items gets to me 8 days later, and the other is still being processed - for three weeks now! How does this happen? How is this acceptable on items that are so expensive? Your customer service never helps, randomly hangs up and doesn't provide contact information for customers to check on. What you're doing it illegal, you're taking money and not providing the product.
I'm so glad I work for a news outlet that's wiling to look into your company... Sorry, but I'm the wrong customer to steal from...

Ordered a $160 dress on April 23rd.
It's June 28 and they haven't shipped it yet.
When I emailed them and asked for a refund, they send me a scammy reply about understanding my feelings because I wanted the dress so much (how stupid do they think I am?) and that they will offer 20% off REGULAR PRICED items on my next order. This is so crazy. I'm calling my bank.

BEBE was one of my favorite stores but now it's the worst, I ordered a dress and was too big and I wanted to change it for a smaller size and now it is not returnable
I ordered 3 pairs of sandals for a total of $70.71. An order confirmation was emailed to me from this company on May 3,2019, but I still have not received them.
Take my advice, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
So very disappointed. They took my money back in April. I have not received the sandals and have gotten no response from customer service. I went through a link on FB.
I ordered a dress, a pant and a top since April 8th, received an email that once it ships i will get a shipment confirmation. I am still waiting, I made this order in lieu of my bd May 3oth. I called today and am being told that it has not yet shipped. What happened to Bebe? I urge u guys to make sure i receive my orders by May 30th otherwise, i will report u to first my credit and u must pay back my money, i will also make sure u are never allowed to advertise in any social media. I have been reading about the reviews on google. Finally i will go on T. V and make sure I expose u guys for who u have become. Thx
What happen to the old bebe, this new bebe is boring and clothes looks like the Chinese shop clothing ugly and boring
I ordered and paid for an outfit on April 22,2019 to be worn on May 11,2019. Still have not received the outfit, a tracking number, or an email. Called on May 13th to cancel the order all together because the event had come and gone. They told me that they were not 100 percent sure that I could receive a refund and admitted that they had not shipped it and that they did not know if or when they would. O said well issue me my refund because I do not want to wait any longer for the merchandise. No refund, no response to my email so I called my credit card and did an online dispute. Please be careful because this is bad business. I never thought this could happen to me because I absolutely loved BeBe before this.
Ordered 2 pairs at a good price. 3+ weeks later still no email confirming my shipment was in its way. Emailed the company, they said they had lots of orders and I would have to be patient. Waited 1+ week more. Emailed them twice to cancel my order and redeposit my money to my account NO response as yet! Having to work with my bank to see if I can get my money back!
I returned a item that shipped to an old address. Bebe recently moved twice. Bebe is saying they never received it. Now I don't have my dress or my money. I'm never shopping with Bebe again. They shouldn't have closed all the stores.
I've been a loyal customer of BEBE for 10 years; Icon status and most of my clothes are BEBE. But, no more! I completed a purchase a month ago and have yet to receive my package, updates or anything; they're stealing customers' money. I've emailed, called and now, they only do ground shipping? WTF! What online retail based company only provides the most basic ground shipping, even for members who've paid thousands of dollars? I can't even shop if I wanted to because the shipping process won't update for you to locate your package.

Horrible quality. They refuse to stand by their defective products or return policies. They are no longer regulated by U.S. laws, and there is no customer service in the U.S. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$.
Let me warn you if you wont recieve your order for any reason, you won't be able to get your money back.
I placed an online order almost one month ago and I havent recieved them. It was almost $500. First they said to wait for 5 days, then they said UPS wants to investigate and still I am chasing them with no luck. Since I paid it with my credit card, now I have to pay the interest
Not worth the risk of purchasing something you're not able to return or exchange successfully. Buyer beware!
BEBE STOLE MY MONEY
If i could give zero stars, I would. I returned this dress because it was too large (Bebe received it December 12th, 2018) and have been calling and emailing attempting to get a refund ever since. It is now March 26th. Nothing. They say the exact same thing every time I call and I've never gotten a follow up email or phone call and certainly no refund. So essentially, Bebe has almost $150 of mine and will not give it back. This morning during my 6th 30 minute long phone call, I told them I will be reporting to BBB, so I guess I've got to do that now. Ridiculous.
THE SITE DID AN UPDATE ON BEBE ACOUNTS. I SPENT THOUSANDS AND I MEAN THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AT BEBE AND I WENT FROM AN ICON TO A BASIC MEMBER WITH NO RECORD OF ANYTHING I PURCHASED FROM HERE
Absolutely love my dress. Great Quality. And customer service was awesome. They helped me get a discount! I love Bebe
