Ordered from here 6.5 years ago. This to replace one of the blinds we ordered then. Liked the product so getting another one. Measuring is the hardest part and hoping 🤞we got it right the first time creates anxiety 😥. It is what it is, but we came back because of the great experience we had back in 2019.

I googled best webistes to buy blinds from. I looked up what I wanted at three sites and left Blinds.com last because I thought it would be more expensive. After selecting one that was on sale, I was able to get all my blinds with custom measurements for a bit cheaper than the ones at other sites that would have been longer than needed. I followed the measurement instuctions and they fit perfectly! Very happy with them!
I liked how I was able to enter specific values for height and width and the instructions for measuring were very clear. The options were clear and nice too. I hope what I receive equally as nice!
The blinds gave a new look to the room. I had outdated shutters that made the room look sad. With the new blinds, the room looks happy. This makes me happy each time I come back into the bedroom.
We have ordered 6 or 7 times (total of 16 blinds). Orders 1 through 14 were perfect. 7 sucked. Never could get it to hang level - horrid product. Ended up ordering a totally different style and material at a much higher cost.

I asked several times to be contacted, I explained the issue a few times, I wrote many reviews. And yet nobody bothers to get it touch! Such shameful after-sales support! Truly the worst!
This is a replacement for a slide I originally purchased in 2019 (order #8251724). The motor failed within just a year of the warranty expiring, and unfortunately, Spring Window Fashions was unable to provide any meaningful after-sales support. This level of service is extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
If I had a choice, I would never purchase from your company again. However, since I already have eight other blinds from you, I am left with no alternative. I strongly urge you to improve your after-sales support and stand by the quality of your products. Customers deserve better.

Answer: They are legit only their service is very poor and be cautious about their satisfaction warranty as it is not what it appears. You will be strung along on all custom orders.

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
