Ordering was easy, and shipping was quite fast. The blackout is excellent. Was a little disappointed with the color though, the "ivory" was sort of dirty-looking, should have picked either white or a much darker color. Would also be helpful if there were more info posted online of the headrail type and its compatibility (e.g., would be nice to help us select a blind that would fit the existing headrail on our window).
Easy search, but would be nice if the filtering works better, eg blackout selection would exclude all other types.

First time buying Blinds, I hope I made the right decision.
Blinds.com made everything super easy! Just measure your windows and they made all necessary adjustment for the blinds to fit perfectly. If you DIY anything the directions to install along with install videos, if you need them, are very easy to follow. We had both light filtering and blackout options and both are great! Blackout option with double cell for our bedrooms are very effective! Light does not come through the blinds at all. The fit made the typical areas of light around the blind very minimal, love them! Price could not be beat on the cellular shades, in fact we went with double cell and it was still a cheaper price than the single cell blinds from other online stores. I did purchase a set of vertical blinds from SelectBlinds.com only because they had a sale that could not be beat, but I so regretted my decision and was very disappointed with timing and utter lack of communication from them, it took me emailing them after 3 WEEKS of "preparing and collecting" only to then be told "sorry those are on backorder" yet their site even at that time still had the color available and ready to order. Blinds.com communication and speed was so much better, literally more then a 2 months faster and I ordered them the same day!
Doing my own work and research on your site was very positive. The sales person that reached out to me when I ordered samples, very disappointed. In fact the response I received back from Nick when I questioned his quote nearly made me go somewhere else. I did end up ordering vertical blinds somewhere else because I did not want to ask Nick for another quote, apparently, I offended him, and he responded very defensively then stopped responding to me when I corrected his defensive question to me.
Although my first order was a great product, I realized that it wasn't what I wanted. I called customer service and they made the correction immediately and I received my blinds in record time. Excellent customer service!

Answer: I had same question with customer service, they said the labels are created when they go on production lines and can only tracked once they enter USA and was able to track as they said. I also ordered few economy blinds which are made in China for those blinds I was able to track all the way from China from the time they despatched. I reckon FEDEX has some technical limitations in turkey.
