I recently placed an order for nearly a dozen items for my wife, who typically wears a US size 2-4. Unfortunately, the store did not have anything smaller than a US 4 in Petite sizes. After confirming the sizes and item counts, I proceeded to pay for the order. However, upon receiving my receipts, I noticed that all but two dresses had the correct sizing, while the two in error reflected a US 8. Immediately, I contacted BH customer service and was directed to an Apple chat option, where I spoke with both Skye Rae and Jude. Despite explaining the situation, they offered no solution other than to return the items once received. I find it unreasonable to expect that coupons would update the order to fix such an error, especially since the items were the same but in different colors, indicating a potential system error. Both representatives were unresponsive to my request and only provided a UK sizing chart, which did not address the issue at hand. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, especially considering that I have been a loyal customer of ASOS for years and have never encountered such issues. I regret to say that I will not be shopping here again.

I ordered seven dresses, all of them were suppose to be the same size, they all came in different sizes, and three were defective. I emailed them right away, to return the items for a refund. They ignored emails, I kept emailing, then they asked for details, they kept asking for more things like rewrite the entire items codes, send picture etc. I jumped through hoops, and they didn't want a return. I involved Paypal, we waited weeks for a response. I had a trip, and told Paypal that if they respond while I'm out of town I won't be able to reply. Paypal said it was alright, if that happens the case would close but I can reopen. This happens, I'm then informed I can't reopen, but I can start a dispute using Visa. They then lied to Visa, claiming that I haven't returned the items which is why they couldn't refund, and that I missed their return time period. But they are the ones who took MONTHS to respond to Visa, weeks to respond to Paypal, and to my emails. They did this on purpose, and found a way to prevent having to give me their address, and a return shipping label. Out of 7 dresses only 4 are wearable and they are all the wrong sizes but listed at the same size.
I placed an order using a promo code which brought my total to $36. Once o entered my card info and pressed "pay" I received an error saying " please check shipping and try again" nothing was wrong with my addy but I entered it again then pressed pay and when I received the order confirmation it said $61. I reached out to customer service spoke to 3 different people bc each person kept sending me an automated msg and stopped responding. The last person said they can't cancel my order and once I receive my order after Valentine's Day (which defeats the whole purpose of my order) then I can return it and wait 15 days for a refund. Fraudulent and unprofessional bc that is not the amount I agreed to. If the promo code wasn't acceptable why didn't the site say that instead of saying something was wrong with my shipping. I will NEVER order from them again
This company is a scam. They sent me incorrect items and now I cannot process refund as my "order number doesnt exsist". I have contacted them multiple times but they send me automated emails. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Not to mention, their sizing chart is way off! So you're bound to have to send something back! And if you dont want to lose money, you'll likely give it away, bever wear it, or wear it too big! Bc who wants to pay $10 shipping, then another $6 to send it back!
Why is it hard to send me a free shipping label when YOU are in error! Had me send pics of proof for what exactly!?!? This company is trash. They dont treat customers fairly and it's clear because of that class action lawsuit. They are up to their same tricks.
Can't find a thing on Oasis, Wallis, Karen Millen, Coast. It all looks like boring designs and cheap crap, constantly on sale. Not appealing at all. I want to buy clothes, there is nothing there.
I ordered two dresses from Boohoo and it's impossible to return them. There's no phone number to get help and the website won't accept the order numbers or email address or my phone number, which are all typed in correctly to start the return. The website says they don't have any information that corresponds with the information I provided, therefore the return can't be started. When I tried the robot chat it doesn't answer my questions or address the problem, it just keeps asking what it can help with and ignores my questions.
I've been robbed of my money with no way to return these dresses. The dresses were horrible btw. Huge in size and way too long - not at all like the photos.

Needed a dress for a birthday, ordered it two weeks ago, been told it will arrive within 5 working days, and now two days before the birthday still don't have anything.
They said they tried to deliver which they didn't has I was at the location all day, no one ever came.
Now they decided they will deliver one a day which I won't be here as I'm traveling back, at an address 20min away from the address I have paid to be delivered to!
Customer service absolutely helpless that can't even refund me when they haven't been able to deliver a service I have paid for. And I have now nothing to wear and will have to rush to get something else!

Bought a bonded aviator jacket, 40 quid plus, wouldn't have paid 20 for it in a market. Flimsy, horrid fleece like lining, awful shape and the belt was just a strip of cloth.now a 21 day wait for a refund. To be avoided!
I made 2 different orders to them and they made a mistake on the shipping both times, and refuse to refund me for their mistake. I've been charged delivery fees for them "attempting" to deliver my orders. Their partner delivery service is trash. UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc., have no problem delivering to my address, but whoever they use does and I'm charged for it… No matter what combination of putting my address in, y'all get it wrong and don't want to correct the problem or refund me for it
I order over 4 months ago and they sent me the wrong items. I emailed them straight away, they said they'd send through a free returns, I never got it and put a request in for a refund. After much back and forth and having to get my bank involved after 4 months I finally got my money back - not including shipping which I had to pay for their mistake items to be delivered to me.

I've ordered two dresses from boohoo. The first dress was fine. But the second one looked nothing like the picture, and the quality isn't good. The shipping took forever and I don't think it was worth the price I paid. I don't think I'll order anything else from boohoo.

1st (and last!) experience has been awful, simple enough reason to make return, the system is slow, full of problems, eventually managed to organise a return via evri with printing label ourselves, problem is the returnlable to print "has failed" ie it does not exist to print, now cannot get any so called help from Boohoo to recognise the problem or even understand the problem!

I recently made an online purchase of the Presidential Box from Stately, and I couldn't be more disappointed with the entire experience. The clothes I received were of shockingly low quality and very random styles. It was almost like I received a pile a clothes that retailers couldn't sell and just threw away.
I don't even want to leave them one star. I ordered two matching sets the leggings to the one set were so thin and NOTHING like what they advertised, they had beautiful ribbed thick leggings advertised, the oversized hoodie was nothing like what they advertised either and felt like crepe paper. Ordered a pant suit as well and the sizing was alllll wrong even after matching it up with the correct American sizing. Terrible quality, false advertising ridiculous prices. Never will I order from there again. It's no wonder they don't have reviews on their actual page bc their stuff is crap.

Made an order of a raincoat 23/09/23. Since I didn't get in in 4 weeks I made a request of a missing item. Got a response rather quickly with a link to check the parcel delivery.
As of today 27/10/23 after more than a month a parcel is still shown to be in China. Made another request- got same automatic response! You cannot claim a refund as a time for delivery is until 12/12/23 if you ordered 23/09/23! Is it delivered somewhere from Mars?
