Jonathan was great however I'm waiting on refund ******* Chris Laux/ Sandy Sutton as of date 12/12/25.reservation was cancelled 11/22/25

I was misled and told I was speaking with hotel eleo and I asked for the patient rate he said he was giving it to me and the protection plan he said was included and it was not he was not upfront and did not tell me he was a third party billing and reservation platform I called back and asked to speak to a customer service manager and they would not give me one

I was led to believe I was in n directly with the Marriott booking and was not. Was also told it was fully refundable up to the day of travel which it is not fully refundable- needs to be a covered reason. Totally misled and now they are impossible to get in touch with to get this cancelled. Horrible experience

My experience was wonderful. She helped me with prices from different hotels and even helped determine the distance from the hospital to the hotel for me. She was very informative, friendly and quick.

Roberto was professional, knowledgeable and was able to answer all my concerns.

Joseph was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, he was extremely professional, gave great information and walked me through the entire process.
