I wanted to make a reservation to take my Granddaughter to Baylor. I couldn't do it on line so I called. I'm almost 70 years old and this employee was so patient with me that I was not nervous and got all the information needed to complete my transaction. So kind of them to be detailed and patient for the elderly. Thank you from my heart!

Room was nothing I had paid premium price …. No microwave …. Icebox for a refrigerator …. No comfortable seating …. Nothing like the pictures on the website…. Was to by front desk this what you can expect from a 3 rd party …. Has far as joselle great saleswoman. Was able to take my money ……. Never Will I Go to a Beat Western …. Also view was a walll and was told no veterans discount because of last king …., not what front desk said …. Won't deal with a company that doesn't think about a disabled veteran!
This company should not be in business because they sent us to a dirty and awful hotel when we got there about 1am with our 2 kids we found flies and cockroaches in the room. We didn't stay there of course and had to look for another hotel ourselves, we requested a refund and they didn't give us back the booking fee about $30.00 because of their stupid policy. I'm very disappointed.
You very kindly spent a lot of time with me trying to book a suitable place. When I arrived, people were smoking out front and the entrance strewed with cigarette butts. It's like a halfway house for people in rehabilitation, not suitable for an old lady traveling by herself! Please be notified in the future: room spartan accommodations, not clean, scary places! Costing me $108. You couldn't pay me to stay here. The lady at front desk tried to be helpful but she doesn't have anything to work with.

There was a lot of noise sounded like children in the background she was short and insisted I had to book a it's her vs the online offer that was cheaper she was short with me and English was hard to understand making booking uncomfortable she said the amount included access and when I asked what that was she just repeated it but she meant taxes.

I wanted to book with the hotel directly. I called the number listed for the hotel and they answered. I asked if this was the I Hotel and they said yes. I booked and was first of all overcharged. Also, I was given misleading info about the pet policy and when I got there was forced to book a second room. All around terrible experience. Will never use this service or this hotel ever again.

I had tried to make reservations online, but after an hour plus of processing, I called the number indicated if need help. Oscar was helpful; however, the price was $77.00+ online, but when I called he said it was $124+, which I didn't then it should have been different. But we are traveling through Nashville to go home and have enjoyed staying at LaQuintas in the past.
Stayed for hospital patient, hotel was way better than expected, has a bar with good food and entertainment, and there are several bars. Restaurants, museums, and malls within walking distance, even though we were there for a bad family experience, the hotel made the trip comfortable and enjoyable

I work in Springfield, Il. But I live in Champaign, Il. I get off work at 12am. When I began to drive home, the fog was so thick, I realized I was not going to be able to drive home. I drove to the hotel. When I called for a reservation the young man I spoke to helped me with my reservation. Hector was very helpful finding me an available room. My nerves were fried just getting to the hotel. And I was upset not to make it back home for christmas morning. He was so supportive! It took me a few minutes to calm my nerves. Hector kept telling me to take my time, everything was going to be okay. Completely patient!
I can tell Hector is awesome at his job! Also, full of Christmas spirit!
