Got this bike few years ago and the kid still enjoys it. Now that he is 13 I shall upgrade the engine to the bigger one. Basic maintenance and cleaning and has been running fine.
Bought this for my 10 year old daughter for Christmas. She loved it as it ran great and had wonderful range. However, the fun was short lived. Less than a year later, it started making a grinding noise from the chain/sprocket area. Tried adjusting the chain which didn't help. Also the spring on the kickstand broke so it doesn't stay retracted, so we had to remove it all together. Great design, poor durability and quality.
Thought the motor would have more torque than it does. If you go up a slight hill it just shuts off because it doesn't have enough power.
I had to come in and get my Burromax chain and break tightened. Bill and his brother knocked it out in minutes. Along with being super awesome to talk to. I even test drive the new 1600 and it was amazing.
All the kids want to ride this - my son, his friends, my daughter, her friends. My older teen son and his friends too! So great to see everyone enjoying the bike!

Bought this in 2017 for our grandson who was 4 yrs. Old. He is still riding it and having lots of fun. Great company to deal with for replacement parts.
The battery didnt last as long as I was told by the salesman or go as far do not know how long the bike i bought had been on display but i did buy replacement batteries they went bad like 10 months later I gave it away because I wasnt wasting any more money on it
I have order parts several times and each time received what I needed and timely. This last time the part I needed they were able to remove from a new one in house and send to me.
