Can't say how grateful I'm for Bill the service Tech he has helped me so much with troubleshooting a TT 250 that is brand new and the throttle came with the wires ripped out. So I bought a new throttle and it still isn't working. Bill has help me for the last three days with emails and phone calls to help me figure out why I his bike isn't working.
Our tire came in a quick time frame with no issues. We've previously been in contact with the company about a bike and the response was extremely nice, informative, and came soon after we sent the message. We will be coming back for another when our son outgrows the bike we have now!
I placed an order and received it within the same week. Awesome service!

I recently purchased the new Burromax 1600. Right out of the gate my expectations were exceeded with how quickly I received my order. Upon receiving and checking the bike out, I was impressed with some of the new additions/upgrades, including, but not limited to the size (very comfortable for me at 6' and 200 lbs); the addition of the rear brake; the revised electronic read-out that now shows speed, trip distance; the horn; the side lights (very bright/safe); the ease with which you can go back and forth between low and high speed. I could go on and on, but suffice to say that I honestly couldn't be happier with my purchase(s). The 1600 is perfect for kids and adults alike. My friends (whether it be because they rode my bike or just took my word for things) have followed suit to the tune of purchasing 8 more 1600s.
Great job Burromax! Not that I have anything in mind, but I'm excited to see what the future holds for the Company. To date we've owned 8 Burromax motorcycles, each of which has exceeded our expectations and provided hour upon hour of family fun.

Arrived very promptly and well packaged to protect bike. This is our third bike (3 grandsons). All are tough and are surviving the grandsons well.
