Caratlane is cheater. Don't buy from this store. Many bargaining for buying side. Ring size is wrong. He said any size is fit for your finger. For example if you want 11 no. Caratlane is give you 9, 10, 12, 13 any size which is available in store.he said you that this ring is 11 no, but it will be another size.
He give you 14 karate against 18 karate in diamond jewelry. Be caution when you purchase product from this store.

I placed an order for a diamond ring size 7 they sent size 11 and refused to accept their mistake and would not exchange or refund my money. Plus they deducted making charges and taxes and offered to exchange as long I travel to India to their store. This company is a scam PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THEM. Horrible customer service 4 days just to respond and they don't seem to want to help.
I ordered studs for my 2 year old. The size I received would be useful for a doll. The pictures posted on the website site are 4-5 times zoomed than the original size. Would not shop on caratlane anymore and don't recommend. I could not return them as it is an International order. I would have got a good 22k ear studs at a store for the price I spent.
Hello all i have ordered one baby charm pendent and my money deducted as well but when i saw the caratlane site there was no order placed i called them and they said we did not receive any money from your side.
But my bank says that merchant already successfully recieved the money but caratlane denying he ate my money.
Very disappoint
I have made several purchases through caratlane, not that their product matched to what was shown on website, but because I liked the design which was unique from all the other gold stores. However, the customer service of caratlane sucks big time. They never respond, leave you hanging forever. You keep messaging them, hoping one of them will have the courtesy replying back. But it's useless! It's shameful for Tanishq that Caratlane is associated with them. This business will go downhill very soon if they don't take customers seriously. I am from United States and there is no way I can contact them except for messaging them on whatsapp. I do not recommend this site for anyone from United States. I regret buying anything from them at all.

I have ordered an earing for 1.42gm then later got an email saying there is a difference in weight and actual weight will be 1.2gm. For that small earing 3000rs is making charge and when i received the product there is a small damage at the back of the earing highly disappointed with the purchase would never recommend anyone to CaratLane.

I ordered two sets of ear rings from caratlane's website on Sept 20th. Given the pandemic, I was supposed to be receiving my order on Oct 20th. I received it a bit late, but that's besides the point. I tried contacting their customer service, who have been extremely helpless. They had no information on the order, kept promising to get back via email but never once got an update via email. Since I ordered from the US, I had to stay up late to get a hold of the customer service and still had no help.
Now once I receive the order, I see no bill and no diamond certificate in my package. I have customized the clarity and color of the diamonds and I have no proof of what I got. Also, I do not have a bill to see how I was charged or the weight of the product. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
Also, the picture in the catalog/website with the model showcasing the item is completely misleading. The sizes are much smaller than advertised.

While purchasing a diamond, 1 feels if three C's are taken care of, u have got the right diamond but there is a 4th C i. E cut. A good cut decides the proportion and that's where they are fooling. Their solitaire cut is highly disproportionate because which half the diamond loses its lusture in 1 yr.

I have ordered a 22k gold chain weight 4.61 gm. To my huge disappointment the Gold chain delivered is Only 4.13 gm ie 0.47gm less than what I have paid for. What a rip off. Moreover the bill that has been sent doesn't make any sense. Now I am trying to contact them to make adjustments and no response.

I really wanted some deigns they had and had an excellent experience with carat lane. I was ordering from the US and a little hesitant but given their competitive pricing, beautiful designs and partnership with Tanishq I decided to go ahead. I am glad I did. I have ordered my engagement/wedding rings from Caratlane, from their platinum couple bands. The design, the make, delivery and customer service was excellent. But I am so unhappy about the quality. After wearing the rings for a few months, me and my husband started getting itchy rashes on the fingers. Now we are so sad that the rings something that was quite important and memorable for us is of no use to us. We have to watch it from time to time and get satisfied, rather than wearing them. We don't know what to do. It would be good if Caratlane along with their designs and customer service pay a little attention to their product quality as well. Otherwise, customers like me who depend on you to mark a life event with your jewellery would end up regretting it.

Carat Lane customer service and online chat help will twist and turn their statements regarding policy details in such a manner that it will leave your query unanswered. Order from their app only and only if you are not able to get yourself to a jewellery store.
I do not recommend purchases from their app.

Just so that y'all know, don't go by the pictures on site it's not as it is, as it should be. The stones are not that bright and pigmented, and also designs in really doesn't look perfect, if u know what I mean. You can see the finishing is bad.

I placed an order prior to lockdown (15. 03. 20) and the price was fixed for 15 days. The country went into a lockdown and the store was closed. Numerous efforts to contact the store manager / dealing hand (Rahul Shukla) proved futile. Even the so called customer care failed to help. Post lockdown the attitude of dealing hand and store manager was pathetic stating that we will charge new price and lockdown is not our fault. When the whole country and Govt can change its policies due to lockdown - is Caratlane an exception. Pathetic treatment. Will never go back to the cheats.
