Their customer service is extremely good! Placed an order with them and had a slight issue with my service activating the phone to my network. I decided to see if anyone from cell2get will help me as I bought the phone through them. I'm now with a phone and the very helpful person Steve managed to get my phone up and running within seconds.

I have placed many orders with cell2get throughout the years way before they became an internet thing they had a store I used to go to. Their customer service is top notch and they always sell new phones at a fair price.

They are the best in the business about selling phones! They offer good prices and fair shipping on all the devices they offer. Their reps both through email and phone have always been kind and helpful. I would buy from them again!

Truthfully, they have been very reliable and honest from the start. I have dealt with many sorts of phone seller and sadly all of them are a bunch of liars with false promises. But cell2get have always been honest with me about their merchandise from the get go, i always thought that getting a new phone will be hard till i met cell2get. I bought on the website a blue Kyocera 4g flip phone and before i confirmed my order i wanted to make sure that its a brand new phone not a refurbished or used so i called the so called customer service and he told me its brand new an if its refurbished it says on the website and when i received my order i saw right away that its not brand new so i checked on the phone call settings an i saw that he erased all info by call timer but lifetime calls i guess he wasn't able to reset an i saw there that it had been used already for over 45 hours
SO EVERYONE SHOULD TAKE MY ADVICE AND DON'T BUY BY CELL2GET

From all the sellers, companies, merchants out there that sell phones, cell2get is the only reliable source to buy phones in my book. Their communications in terms of invoice, shipping and making sure if I received my order seems very important to them and they don't waste any time! I will continue to support their business as I am a happy customer each time I buy from them.

Been honest and straightforward with me from the get go, the representative I believe is Melvin had a great skill of communication and manage to help me resolve a small issue from the phone I bought from them. They have good prices and great customer service. I definitely recommend them!

In short they are excellent at what they do. Selling and shipping phones online at great prices with fair shipping time.

Honest, straight forward, and products come as advertised. Had my order delivered to me and their customer service was quick to respond to my concern. They wanted me to ship it back and they shipped me the correct one immediately. Took a bit of a hassle but it is ok all as long as I am now satisfied.

Quite the selection of phones they have to offer on their website but thanks to their easy to use website and good customer service, I have managed to find the exact phone at the right budget that suits me.
