On the first of february I purchased the new iPhone and received it a few days later. The box was all crumbled up so I was worried as hell when I first got it from UPS. I was actually not going to sign for the package but then decided to check inside, and due to the excellent way everything was put together with all the bubble wrap and whatnot I accepted the shipment finally and am happy to say that I’ve had no problems whatsoever yet!

Cell2get had the lowest price anywhere on the product I wanted. When the item turned out to be doa-defective and needed to be returned, Cell2get customer service made the process easy. What more can you ask of a store? Low prices, excellent customer service excellent, products as advertised. Have dealt with Wilson on 3 different orders recently and he is a great asset to your organization. U haven't sent me my latest invoice number yet, this one is 2 orders ago. - perfect!

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Melvin and his company are crooks! Melvin's company, cell2get, DOUBLE BILLED me for my motorola phone ($81.50 charged 2 x to my credit card), and I didn't pick up the double billing until reviewing my year end credit card statement. Back and forth e mail's with Melvin, who promised to refund the double billing, and did not. He is not a man of his word, and a crook for keeping a fraudulent charge! BUYERS BEWARE!

I was a bit weary, seeing as I read a lot of reviews that discussed issues about this business but decided to go to give it a shot because of the prices... for the new Apple phone, the 5S, and turns out that I like this shop, it's got a nice selection and excellent prices. The customer services is actually pretty awesome and the shipping was so much faster than I expected (seeing all of the reviews about slow shipment)... I received my phone in three days so I am not sure what the other reviewers are complaining about. That phone that I ordered was for my father and the next one which I'm buying soon will be for me and I am definitely using this company again.

I started to worry about the phone I ordered for my wife's Christmas present when I started reading all the reviews on internet sites. I said "How could anyone have 5 stars for so many reviews?" Well, now I believe those other 5 star ratings because I am giving Cell2Get the same rating. It seemed like it took the phone forever to get here, "10 days" and actually that is not long prior to Christmas-duh! I was afraid that when I opened the box I would see a scratched, dirty, used phone but instead I found a brand new phone! Everything was in its own package, I even got a manual with the phone which I didn't get with my new same model phone when I purchased it at an AT&T store. We charged up the phone and it has been working "like new". I decided to give it to my wife early because the Sony Xyperia that she had bought from AT&T, which was the second Sony Xyperia in seven months (because of warranty issues), had blown speakers and she never knew when she was getting calls. Her third Sony Xyperia was on its way to her so I was very happy to be able to give her Samsung Galaxy Rugby Pro and she is very, very happy with her Christmas surprise! I had to call CELL2GET and tell him I was very sorry for calling him and for even doubting him when he told me that I would be getting a brand new phone and that it would be delivered the day I was harassing him. I felt very ashamed and had to let him know that I was sorry that I didn't trust him or his business because of the bad and angry reviews I had found on the internet. THANK YOU CELL2GET! We received excellent service, detailed and patient by Wilson Although it's was Friday and the store was packed with customers, we received personal attention, we did not feel hurried and got us detailed explanations of the device. Wilson was courteous, friendly and professional. Last week my phone stop working i contact cell2get they advise me to come to the store i wont to the store and they fix the phone on the spotwill be Back to cell2get for more phones i recommend to all family and friends

I got a GREAT deal on htc touch hd $150 off the retail price. I had one issue with ordering, however. I really needed to get the cell phone overnight so as I was ordering I wanted to select overnight shipping. The ordering process is a bit misleading. There is no 'review' screen before final purchase. Once you click after you put in your credit card info, it's a done deal. I have never experienced this before from an online dealer. Overall good experience

As reported by others, phone I received came in open box, with packaging clearly tampered with. Phone back was scratched, and rubber-hinged cover over micro-usb port was absent on the phone. Clearly, NOT new. George, a company rep with whom I spoke, attempted to explain this all away by saying each phone is opened and connected to their computer to "unlock". I'm willing to accept this might account for the packaging, but not the scratches or damage to usb cover.

Also, delivery was s. L. o. W. Paid for 2nd day delivery, received phone in 9 days. Melvin, another company rep I spoke to on this issue said shipping charges would be refunded. After 10 days, another call and rep said shipping charges HAD been refunded. However, no sign of credit yet applied to my credit card account.

Company delivered used phone, took inordinately long to do so, and has repeatedly employed deceit if not outright lies when I've contacted them seeking resolution to my concerns.

As for the phone, even despite being used, it is so far meeting my needs. It's been less than a month, though, and if I pay for what is advertised as a NEW phone, I expect a NEW phone. And I definitely do not appreciate being lied to. My advice? Pay a little more and shop elsewhere.
