Cell2get sucks its a big scam ordered a phone paid for 2 day delivery its been 2 weeks and when i call and if someone picks up its always melvin and he also sucks do not buy from cell2get more like cell2getburned
Apparently these guys are busy writing their own reviews and not answering the phone or emails. Stay Away! Or don't, and be as pissed-off as I am.
Ordered 3 phones over a week ago, overnight shipping requested (and paid for). 10 days later, no phones. Promises from "Melvin" that they were shipped. He didn't have access to the shipping number (shipping "department" just closed - conveniently). I've called dozens of times since, always get their answering machine. Left messages, never get a call back. I can't wait to see how much fun getting my money back is going to be. I'll post that experience as well. You HAVE been warned. If you decide to buy from them, don't say you didn't know...
Horrendous service, no communication. Fraud. Purchased what was supposed to unlocked cell phone. It wasn't unlocked.
I also paid for 3 day shipping it came a 10 days later. No tracking info was ever offered.
Phone came with no manuals and was floating around in the box free. I emailed them about issue and was told I would receive unlock code by email... they keep stating I will have code in 24 hours... I am still waiting.
Another thing I also order car charger for this phone... that never came.
I tried calling their 800 number, nothing but a recording. celltoget.com is a fraud stay far away... Are you listening MELVIN. I will file complaint to BBB.
I placed an order last Thursday for a new MOTO cell phone, called them last Friday, was told it was shipped Friday morning. Today is Tuesday, nothing happened. I paid $16.47 for second day UPS shipping. Called them several times, just gave me useless "confirmation" number for USPS, and when asked for tracking number. They asked me to call them in one hour, later, when I called them, they told me they will call me. God knows what happened. The worst online shopping experience in 10 years! Period.

Thanks to cell2get.com i was able to purchase a blackberry storm 9500 to use with my tmobile sim card. When i 1st received the phone it wasn't unlocked but thru their customer service i was able to get this done over the phone. Love my phone =) i am very happy with this company and there service..
Delay Delay they said UPS and when we called they said we shipped it from USPS and gave us a wrong track number.
Fraud be careful
I'm very happy with them. I purchaced a phone from cell2get but after getting it I found out apparently "gsm" doesnt work with verizon sim cards. They allowed me to return it and helped me pick another one that will be compatible.
FRAUD ALERT! It took almost 3 weeks and several phone calls to get my phone which arrived used and broken, and missing manuals, accessories, etc. I called to tell them I want my money back and they said they wouldn't refund shipping and I would have to pay to ship it back before they refunded my money (yeah right!). This is outright theft.
Cell2get is a great store. I made an order for local pick up. I bought a blackberry 8330 from them while on vacation to NY and picked it up with cash.
I am very satisfyed. I had an older blackberry and While at their shop they helped me configure it and port over my account

Needing to get a rare phone quickly i tried 2 or 3 other sites which claimed to have it in stock only to cancel my order. I'm very happy with my purchase Not only did Cell2get have my cell phone but they had great customer service, and run an interesting cell phone blog (which is how i found them).
I like the fact that if one carrier comes out with a cellphone and laughs in my face for having another carrier I can beat the system and get that phone on mine (I have t-mobile, and I'm an apple fan - hint hint)

Very cheap phones, very good customer service. I like them a lot, and bought from them twice. Once a blackberry, once a nokia, both came new and in a timely manner. I would do business with them again
I would not order from cell2get they took my order on Sunday told me there is no way to track the order and gave me a confirmation number that is of no use as far as tracking my order. There customer service sucks and no one ever answers. Its Sat and i still haven't received a tracking number it still says processing and they told me it shipped Monday then tuesday then wednesday and then friday I would not recommend ordering from cell2get fraud indeed
I am very pleased with their service, ensuring my happiness from start to finish. I did not have a good experiance purchasing on another site and was wary to purchase from cell2get, but I'm very glad i did. This is now my second purchase with cell2get.com. Should i need a third cell phone you can be sure i will be purchasing it through them
I upgrade every 6 months and always use cell2get. I love them and couldnt have afforded to upgrade so often if i didnt get such good prices.
I recommend them to all my friends and family and figure its about time to give them a good review online
So, after at least the 7th or 8th time of attempting to reach someone at cell2get.com, I finally reached someone by phone yesterday. They emailed me the tracking number (USPS, not UPS, as stated in my order confirmation). I did indeed receive the phone today, but it was the wrong color! At this point, I'm thinking screw it -- I'll probably just keep this phone because my current phone is about to die and I don't want to wait around for another two weeks or more hoping to get the right phone. I don't think it's worth the hassle. On the plus side, it looks like the phone I received is indeed new and with all accessories (battery, charger, headphones, etc.) included. But overall, I am VERY disappointed with Cell2Get's lack of customer service and attention to detail and do NOT plan on ordering from them again. Ever.
Another site to watch out for - they have fake accreditation badges so should be avoided!
