Great service!

Great service. Adam was a great help to my aunt who was in search of a new phone. Give the guy a raise but other than good service prices are very fair and competitive, compared to many other retailers on the market, glad i saved some money and found what i was looking for.

So I finally got a Big Girl phone and left my prepaid Boost service in the dust, where it belongs, because Boost is garbage.
Adam was my customer service person and he was very helpful, informative and talked with me a while, answering all my questions and giving me several options for my new phone. I am very excited about my new phone and service and adam made the transition very stress-free and thanks to Apple and the Cloud, setting up my new phone was simple!

What a fantastic experience! Steven was my representative and went over and beyond to accommodate my needs during a stressful and busy schedule. Steven was also assisted by management and other staff during the process. The entire staff was pleasant, respectful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Go see their website, and for any phone needs it's easy to reach them. I wish all the staff at this web store well in their future endeavors! Phone did arrive and completely new and as advertised as overstock. Original accessories and device are all in but the box which I don't care nor I expect to find a phone from 2018 brand new in the box these days. Overall I am a happy customer, and would definitely be buying future phones from them.

This place was very excellent! Great customer service and also extremely helpful! I didn't have the first clue of what to do when I first came into the store but the representatives told me step by step what I needed to do to get out of my predicament. They also helped me get back into my account after I was locked out of it. They also helped me get in contact with the authorized users on my account after I needed help getting in contact with them. They were extremely helpful and respectful as well as patient! The representatives knew exactly what to do all I had to do was explain my problem to them! Thanks kali! Best manager ever!

I don't know how this store has received any bad reviews - they were fantastic! Extremely helpful and not trying to push a sale at all. I had adam helping me. He went through all my questions and concerns respectfully, and I left the call extremely happy! My previous dealings with other stores via the phone left me wanting to change companies... but after working with Adam I am confident in the company and would make an effort to go back to that specific shop if I need anything else! Him and all the staff in the shop were friendly and professional. I highly recommend the shop!

Quick, friendly, fantastic service. I have gotten a pixel 6 from cell2get recently, and I'd been struggling with messages and calls failing to send/go through for a month - I'd worked with Google customer support, and T- Mobile call center support, and countless hours of my own troubleshooting to try to resolve. I called cell2get - no wait - explained the issue, expecting to maybe get a warranty replacement phone, and was finished with the call in less than 15 min with a new sim card and fully functioning texts/calls. I basically skipped with joy.

My aunt and I went to this website sometime on a Saturday to get a refurbished phone she had purchased online. Everything went very well and everyone was very helpful through email support. After getting the phone home and trying to charge it we were having a problem with the volume button and that it wouldn't charge. My aunt had given up on the refurbished phone and decided to just purchase a new one. Today we contacted their customer service via phone where melvin helped us. My aunt just needed a little help learning about the volume button and to purchase a new wall charger. Melvin saved my aunt a lot of money by her helping in discovering the problems. Melvin also told her she could call the store for help. Thanks melvin-we appreciated your great customer service!

I bought Xperia xz1 Compact and sent me a copy and version of Xperia Docomo with unnecessary apps and also different colors and also user without headset and without original box These are a bunch of scammers, make sure you stay away from them and don't approach them, and I doubt the veracity of those who deal with them and their support. And now I have reached out to the bank and I have to come back. These are scumbags and scammers.

Super fast and super easy experience. Got a phone for cheaper than anywhereelse. The guy on the phone was super cool, listened to what we wanted, explained everything really clearly, and got in mind exactly what we wanted. This isnt my first time buying from their website but overall Highly recommended.

Amazing experience! My boyfriend called in with troubles after his phone was stolen in the mail during shipping. Melvin and Steve spent hours to make sure that he knew all of his options, and he they could make things right for him. Just went in their website and purchased a new phone while the stolen one was refunded (after two weeks of reporting from me and cell2get end, we managed to collect that sweet insurance money for the stolen phone and the post office guy got fired for it.) and both representatives were very accommodating and went way beyond any customer service we ever had!

Those guys really have done a lot for me ever since I have gotten my device from them. I bought a Kyocera flip phone (e4710) and when I took it to at&t they said they can't activate the phone for me. After calling and speaking to one of the representatives at cell2get, he requested to speak with the at&t lady and he demanded and guided her on how to activate the phone for me. Which is insane! It proves that these corporate stores hire kids that don't have any sense of knowledge in technology nor good customer service either, rather cell2get has helped me all the way from the start and I am so very thankful to them!

I've bought three phones from them for good prices. The last S20 FE worked for 8 months then phone service stopped, Data worked fine. It was sold as an AT&T phone but Samsung said it is a T-Mobile. They would not exchange it. I had to buy another phone. Walmart beat their prices on a new S21 FE by over $100.

Surly Customer Service

1. I paid for 3-day shipping, and got a notice from USPS that my item shipped the day after I placed the order. A week later, it still said pending, so I called Customer Service and the person was very surly - cranky - with me, like I interrupted his day. He then said it would ship the next day. I did finally get my order, but this was very unsettling regarding paying extra for 3-day shipping.

2. When my product arrived, it was a completely different product than I ordered - even a different brand. It was also unboxed, so not sure if it was new or used. I called to see how to return the item and the Customer Service person (same guy as last time) was very curt and argumentative and tried to convince me that I received the correct item. When I calmly tried to explain that the product was a different brand altogether, he said, 'Whatever, I don't want to argue with you, what do you want to do?". I then asked to return and he pointed me to the webpage (which is all I wanted in the first place).

I did get an RMA number, but with no shipping label, no instructions, no indication what shipping service to use. I am still trying to communicate with Customer Service to complete my return. He has now threatened to not send me the shipping label unless I delete my 'untrue' review.

Best customer service I have experienced at any cell phone store I've ever been before. Every time I contact the store it is always a warm welcome. The whole team was excellent to work with. Great customer service at this online retailer. Adam helped me get the most value for my dollar and solve my problems. The store manager checked in, too, and they were extremely informative and upfront with me throughout the entire order and process that I have made online, just to make sure everything worked correctly. Above and beyond. Great store. This team will keep my business.

Doesn't even merit a 1-star rating.
Took order, paid additional $29 for 2nd day delivery, charged credit card. No phone after several days so called for tracking number, was told CC was declined. Called CC to see why, and CC confirmed that it was approved, but that C2G had just reversed charge a few minutes earlier (while I was being told it had been declined). Next call to C2G sent me to "Customer Service" recording.

I seriously doubt they have much of ANY product in-hand, but will "sell" you all you want, but you're not going to get it, even as you stare at your "receipt/invoice" on your screen all you want.
