Usually very good however on order #******* on 10/28/25 I did not receive the full order. Item # *******169 magnetic copper bracelet was missing. A pink cotton robe was sent instead and was returned on 11/10/25. I have not received the bracelet yet.
I bought a variety of items, and was quite pleased. The personal paper shredder does work, but is kind of a desk novelty, it would be too slow to get rid of a lot of financial documents, so a normal quantity of junk mail it would be painstakingly slow. The hat, I've already gotten comments on how expensive it looks, with a quality much higher than even the regular price, and not the close out pricing. The die cast cars, were standard... the old police car a great addition for my collection... once un boxing, I realized I had bought the red charger before... so apparently I liked it more than I knew, as I have two. The portable desk, I haven't had the chance to open or build, with life and Christmas, and will probably get to it after the first of the year... but it appears heavy and capable... overall, good products and great prices.
I had a good experience with the company, the problem is with my wife order. You offer free shipping but with a catch, you cannot use order form and get free shipping. The order was paid to my understanding was not shipped to an oversight, the service attendent did not say there was a money disbute just a color choice holding up order, you do not call to say there is a problem, she calls and they asks for more money why not ship what is paid for or ship and ask for difference like a good business would, i was not going to buy from you at first

I ordered this for my grandson's birthday. I paid more than the item itself in shipping to get it here by his birthday. I didn't receive this in time; in fact, it came 2 weeks late. I am sad by the fact that he had to go home without grandma's present (he lives a distance away). The item is smaller than I imagined once I did receive and open it yesterday. I don't think I will ever shop at Collections Etc. again. Very unhappy!
Received all merchandise and was pleased with everything. Fast service - well packed. Especially liked the t shirt I bought as a gift. I am sure the cat lover will laugh and enjoy. 😀
This is a gift to our granddaughter who is buying a 'new' car. It is to help her keep it clean in the inside. We have not opened the box so we don't know anything about the vacuum. However, we were impressed that it had a rechargeable battery which will make it easy for her to use. She lives in an apartment in Colorado.

Got big box delivered, back surgery so neighbor brought in. Got email that hoses had been back ordered and delivery date w/b 6/05. I thought I had received them in the big box so I disputed the charge with the bank that I already rec'd them. I called bank to reverse the credit they gave me after finally opening the box and they were not in there. My mistake, they have been delivered since then. Sorry for the error!
