If Comcast weren't the only company that we could get internet and TV from I would not be with them. I had paid my bill in full and they've been taking money out of account that I did not give them authorization to take money out of and when I called billing on it they said oh no ' We didn't take any money today. Did I say today? No I didn't say today. So I ended up having to go to my bank and have everything reversed to get my money back and then they had the audacity to call me and ask me why my bill wasn't paid for one. My bill is not due till the end of the month too. Why should I give him money early when they're pulling crap and taking people's money when they're not supposed to.

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my entire life. You spent 40 minutes talking to the automated system only for them to hang up on you at the end. This has been going on for 20 years. It's time to get your act together, Comcast.

I have used this company for a long time and was very dissatisfied and the end of 12 years
Had to cancel service because the company cannot fix it or would not fix like the techs says
(too Much Work)
Please don't use this company if you are new or existing business they will rob you too
They charged me even collection fees after it was their fault i had to cancel the service
Bad for business don't use please.

Been a quote. Loyal customer for 20 plus years. Lol bought a new modem from Best Buy lol I know. Trying to hook it up with there app well that won't work. Call customer service now the real lies start after over 1 1/2 hr they tell me until I return the junk modem of there's I can set mine up. I call bull $#*!. I need this for work so this won't work this way all buy the way my account is up to date and was never late. So the said a manager has the right to override this supposed rule. I waited another 45 mins with nothing. Finally I was told by customer service the manager would have to call us back. Lol it's been over 24 hr with no call back. This is now Sunday and need it for work Monday. So comcast xfinity can someone stop lieing and do there job. From a valued customer lol right. No just a paying customer with no customer service.

How is this company still functioning?!? Literally astonished they have not fallen yet! You can't talk to a human being anymore to resolve an issue and the only human interactions are with the idiots that don't know how to explain or set up your service where you are being overcharged! STOP SUPPORTING THIS COMPANY! The CEO should literally be strung up by his balls….

To everyone out there that has ever had a bad experience with Comcast and has either been over charged or been miss led on charges like i have... contact the federal trades commission and file a complaint on this company NOW... I HAD TO DO THE SAME WITH PAYPAL AND I WON... THE FEDERAL TRADES COMMISSION TAKES OUR COMPLAINTS FROM BOGUS COMPANYS LIKE THIS ONE SERIOUS. FILE A COMPLAINT ASAP AND STOP THEM FROM DOING THIS TO US. and why is my credibility is low on this website... seems like they dont want the truth out.

Sick of your internet

I am extremely pissed off at your service. I have your service 6 years and every 2 months you have to send a tech to my house to fix your crap. You have literally replaced everything from the modem to the line & everything In between. Then you have to make it impossible to talk to an agent. Fastest & best 5G internet around that don't work but a 1/4 of the time. What a joke... wish I had a list for as many times as your service guy has been here

Completely Rats

I canceled the service for moving to a different location that doesn't accept their service. They increased my bill of my iPhone and iPad bc the wifi was canceled,. But they still charging for next two months/half to my bank bc I didn't canceled automatic payments. When I found out I call again and request a refund bc the service was canceled but still charging for the wifi and increased the bill for canceling. I was approved for refund 5 times, included my bank statement proof I was charged but never received my refund. At the end they didn't give any refund and besides that they scaled my request of refund to a list of terrorists. So don't lose your time requesting refund just make the complaint with the bank to cancel unauthorized transaction for a service was not received and don't deal with this kind of business. Amen.

Had to change Mom's box after have to repeat test several time. Then they make me pay shipping or to to store. Then i install the box and it needs to be activated so they tell me i cant do it they will send a tech the next day. Then noone comes so i call again and they just simply activated remotely anyway and i now have to drive to a store to return the old box...Just incompetent

Lost both tv and internet for a month. Spent hours on the phone with Comcast 15 minutes minimum every time to leave messages for callback missed work for several attempts to fix and now no credit for interruptions in tv service as it's part of condo fee Comcast is so bad had them in FL and MA and both awful

Comicast does not listen

It took me 6 months to FINALLY speak with a live agent. The account is in my late husband's name. I wanted to account switched into my name. Instead, they have "added" me to his account. Even though I sent them a copy of his death certificate, he still has an account. I cannot access said account because I do not know the password. I can't get anywhere with them on opening a new account in my name only. They insist that his name be on the account also. They are rude and hopelessly misguided in what they've been taught as to how to treat the people who pay them, i.e. The customer pays their wages. Without customers they would have NO job and there would be NO comicast.
I'm exhausted from talking to reps who refuse to understand my request. I'm exhausted from being put on hold and hung up on by rude reps. My husband is DEAD. He should no longer have an account.

POORLY CUSTOMER SERVICE

THIS IS MY 4-5 DAYS TRYING TO GET HELP FROM XFINTY ABOUT MY LOG IN ISSUES. I WENT TO THE LOCAL STORE IN MY HOME TOWN TO SEE IF THEY CAN HELP ME. THEY CANNOT HELP ME TO MY COMCAST ACCOUNT. THE GUY KEEPS SAYING OVER AND OVER TO ME" THE WE DONT HAVE MAGIC BUTTON TO RE-PASSWORD FOR PEOPLE. I WAS NOT SO FRUSTRATED LEAVING THE STORE AND WASTING MY TIME TO DRIVE TO XFINTY STORE! I WAS THINKING WHAT A POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ALSO THE SYSTEM WITH THIS COMPANY SUPER POORLY CUSTOMER SERVICES IS THE # 1. EITHER ONLINE LIVE CHAT, WHICH IS FRUSTRATIOINS, OR ON THE PHONE AND WAITING ON THE PHONE AFTER SPEAKING TO 2-3 PEOPLE NOTHING IS FIXED AND NOT SOLVING MY ISSUES WITH MY ACCOUNT! YET I PAY A LOT OF MONEY JUST FREAKING INTERNET SERVICE.

I AM STILL HAVE PROBLEM IT IS GOING ON ONE WEEK FROM TOMORROW. I AM NOT ABLE TO LOG IN TO MY EMAIL ACCT!

For 2 wks they have supposedly been updating on the lines! That shouldn't take 2 wks! I have lost pay from my job & written up because of lost calls! They are doing this with no option to stay connected for those of us who work from home & no notification ahead of time except for whoops we are doing repairs! They stated they were done 2 days in. It's been 2 wks! IM DONE! If anyone wants to join me in a class action lawsuit tag me!

Contacting Comcast via telephone is essentially an exercise in futility. Always ridiculously long waits approaching an hour or more. I switched most of our service to Spectrum when we moved to Florida although some family members still have Xfinity cell phone service. Calling Spectrum is easy and fast. I much regret ever having anything to do with Comcast.

Our experience with Comcast has been routinely awful. The customer service is HORRID. When you call, you get into a loop which never ends--they are trying to make sure you never talk to a person. Even if you are able to get an agent, they are always in a foreign country. Their English is TERRIBLE, and they just don't care. You have to repeat what you want over and over, and even then, they refuse to do what you want.

My most recent HORRIBLE experience started yesterday when I was told I had to reset my password to access my email. It demanded a "reset code" and told me I had to call 1 800 xfinity to get it. However, when you call, the recording tells you that you can reset your password online--which contradicts what I was told online--TO CALL! After several hours of frustration on a Friday night after working all day, I finally was able to schedule a call back "within 24 hours." No one called. So I started again by trying to get through via a chat option I found, and calling the service number. To make a long story short, no matter how many times I asked for the reset code or for someone to fix it, nothing was done, and I am still locked out. I gave up, and told them I wanted a service tech to come to my house. After over a 1/2 hour on the phone with another foreigner, I finally got them to schedule it--with threats that I have to pay for the visit.

I pay over $300 for this service, and it is TERRIBLE. I am tired of having to deal with foreigners who do not understand what I am asking them to do, and who cannot deliver results for SIMPLE THINGS. As soon as I can switch to another provider, I am out of here. Comcast stinks.

13 hrs of losing my sh@t

Xfinity worked in my area. 9am text me internet is back online. Nope. After 4 phone agents, tightening cables, restarting modem 4 times to please every agent, 2 ghosted agent chats, a plethora of started chats that sent me wrong prompts stuck in a loop to restart chats and numerous ended calls from prompts that don't pertain to my problem I finally got an appt 13 hrs later for the next day.
The last agent that answered all I said was I'm gonna lose my sh@t on you just make me a technician appt. Done and I can't be more displeased with Xfinity and the outsourced poor English speaking agents. Who the *******@ll set up this customer service and this million dollar corporation can't do better? Unreal.
