I am a former employee of Comcast. The CEO of Comcast (Central Division) Outbound Telesales named Adam Reasonning, is trying to exploit me. He has surveillance cameras coming into my bedroom. He invites other men to look into my home and making bids. I have to dress in the dark in my bathroom and bathe with some type of clothing in the dark, because he is trying to take NUDE pictures of me. I have proof of the surveillance cameras on my 2 cell phones. I have contacted my police department, the FBI with NO HELP. I believe that I am NOT getting help is because I am BLACK.
I made an appt today to take my equipment in and update it after receiving several urgent emails about outdated equipment. I arrived early and was told I was checked in, after 45 mins and several customers walking in without appointments, I went up to the counter to find out that I was never checked in. The guy who helped me changed out my equipment and told me my equipment was brand new and I didn't need to bring my boxes in. He said he would give me all new equipment. I thought he was saving me money but found out he didn't save me any money and I lost my grandfather status. He told me it would only take 20 mins to hook it up through the app. When I got home, I downloaded the app and had trouble connecting to the router and needed to use virtual assistant. Finally was able to connect and started to open the boxes and remotes. All the equipment is used except the router box. One remote is full of rust, and food the other has a bent battery connector and food in the buttons. The box that we opened is scratched and full of oily finger prints. I called to cancel our service and have them pick up their equipment. I spoke to one gentlemen, who then transferred me to someone else then again transferred to another person! After telling my story three times and telling them how disgusting their equipment was, they offered nothing but to send new equipment. I am retired and can barely afford their services, which they seem to not care. The last person on the phone that I spoke with is supposed to call me back. I highly doubt this will happen, Comcast has no commitment to the customers anymore. As of right now I have been without service due to their disgusting equipment and watching sports games on my phone. If this is the type of service you want, go for it. Comcast used to be great, with great service! They no longer care for their customer once that contract is signed. All they do is lie to get signed contracts. They wasted 5hrs of my day with this nonsense. Something that was so simple. Bye bye Comcast!

I have a business account with Comcast in Gaithersburg, MD.
I just need internet service only because I have an IP Phones.
But they made me dump regular phone numbers. And I am paying for them without using them because I have IP Phones.
My T.V recording time goes way up, even if I delete recorded shows…Also the TV has digital freezing sometimes so I called and they sent me a new DVR box with recordings already on it and it's still recording the previous owner of shows until I deleted them.
So I went to the local Xfinity store, no compensation, except for, would you like another DVR box.And my bill keeps going up.!

Comcast is an absolute mess. One department has no idea what the other is doing. They have created an entire year of problems for our business and I would not recommend anyone ever use their services. They had outages for months. Their security software is a joke and blocks their own website, they have bad billing practices and inconsistencies. The corporate resolution team is a joke. Usually no call backs from any corporate employees and when they do call and leave messages they leave disconnected numbers. The amount of time spent on the phone in the last year alone just dealing with issues is more than 40 hours at this point. DO NOT TRUST YOUR BUSINESS SERVICES WITH THEM!

I had to move my company to a location where Comcast didn't offer service. A rep told me an early term fee wouldn't apply in this case. She lied. Ten years of payments and they are stiffing me with $1100 in early term fees! Do not do business with this Comcast. Pure evil and unethical!

One hour call to get through six representatives to be mysteriously disconnected by supervisor. Seems like a lot of dishonesty and trickery going on at Comcast. If you can get a different carrier, I would do it.
Comcast has become terrible. I have been with them for years, came in today for the. To tell me they could only offer me a discount on internet. Believe me we all know things are going up, it shows that Comcast has stopped appreciating their customers. After many years and never paying my bill late. I still had to cancel and they only offered me a $10 discount. Really sad!
I don't recommend anyone to get this cable. They use to have good packages for great prices. I no longer have Comcast cable because my bill came to $233.60
The service isn't that good. I only have internet from Comcast. This company loves money too much that they don't care about their customers. I got Hulu tv and I don't have any issues and it's much cheaper. I don't like Comcast (Xfinity). This is why this company is losing customers.
This company's customer service is almost impossible to get answers from unless you want to give them more business and money. I tried to call to discuss them refunding my payment they took after I had canceled service. This took 6 hours just to be able to talk to someone and when I finally did, I was told they couldn't help because anyone that could wasn't in the office or available.
I was told I would get a call back, and that was that. 4 minutes later, I was sent a text saying no further action was needed and the case had been closed. When your limited by the government and state to what services you can use it limits you to company's like this who just don't care. I will continue to pursue this issue and will be refunded.

I have been a loyal customer for 4 years. I was going to move because of my job, but it fell through. So I canceled the order and reconnected my current address. Four months later the job came through and I moved. I discovered that the first order had not been canceled. They had been taking my money for both accounts. Every day when I came home my internet was off becauseofnon payment. I called every day and every day they said they took care of it. Still every day it was off. For 4 years my payment was made by automatic payment. I can't believe how unhelpful they were. I will never use this company again. They literally stole my money and won't give it back.
Xfinity is the most incompetent company I've ever dealt with. Just useless! They're so bad, and they know it, that they thought changing their name from Comcast to Xfinity would somehow magically solve all their problems. The only thing they managed to do is destroy their new name of Xfinity with their total incompetence. So now Comcast and Xfinity are both hated by their customers. How stupid can a company get? Got big problems? Just rebrand with a different name! Then destroy the rebranded name with your continued incompetence. Just amazing!
They have the worst customer service. They have people that will talk in circles not help you. I've been on the phone with customer service too many times over 25 in 5 yrs definitely more than five times a year so more than that. They don't tell you when prices change or when something is added or removed on your bill. I've spent more time talking to them on the phone then I spent in 27 years of having cable in other places. Bright House was pretty bad but you guys make Bright House look like five star. If my HOA didn't make me pay for it in the fees I would switch immediately there's a lot of people here who spend money on a whole another cable service on top of paying the HOA fees from terrible experiences. When a guy came here to help us with two defective boxes that they gave us, it was supposed to help with an additional TV. He refused he said one works that's all I have to do my job's done here. Of course my mom was dumb enough to tip him about 10 minutes in normally people will actually work a little bit harder if they see incentive. This guy went the other way. There's only been one cable guy ever to my house so it's very easy if you're reading this someone that is a manager that guy should be fired. And honestly I think it's even worse is their customer service I'd rather be ripped off $10 and wait on the phone 3 hours and not even get any help
I called to ask a question about disconnecting service and the rep didn't understand me/English and I said NO. Here, she disconnected it, apologized and said that I needed my HOA Code. There is no code and now they won't connect it. Watch service in Beaver County--they won't get involved and make you pay for it anyway.
