Your complaint was raised on 15 February; per our records our support team responded within 12 hours offering a replacement.
Note that as communicated earlier as well, velcro and grommets cannot possibly be applied on the same side. Hence, a drawing showing the exact construction of the curtain was shared for approval. Upon approval we issued a replacement which we see was delivered on 22 March.

I am super please with the entire experience. Your design group are very detail oriented on dimensioning and to make sure you end up with what you need. Your 3D diagram makes it very easy to visualize your end product. Your delivery was just super fast. The product looks amazing and fit like a glove, and not to forget your pricing is very competitive.

Thank you, covers go on easy, there is two inches of extra space like your promised. I am very happy with my purchases. Cats are happy too and watching them trying to get in through the door flap has made me laugh several times.
The material is way better than I had anticipated. Seems very sturdy. I underestimated my measurements for our Christmas Tree, so it doesn't actually fit. My fault though. If you are ordering one, I would err to the bigger size, by a fair bit. Especially on the diameter / circumferences. To be honest, if I had to do it again, I would order separate covers for each section.

However, we have worked hard to make the order process as transparent as possible. The first point on the product page states: "High quality outdoor cushion covers". Additionally, the material you have selected for your covers is Cushion Rite; it is described as "600 Denier, 100% Solution Dyed Polyester Fabric with one side PU Coat". We have a lighter material that feels more like fabric (Cushion Fab).

With regard to the fit, we handcraft each cover by meticulously following the measurements and instructions provided. If you feel we have made the covers in the wrong size, kindly take a picture of the product clearly showing the incorrect measurement using a tape measure and email us at feedback@coversandall.com. Also attach a picture of the taffeta label sewn on the inside of the cover. Our Quality team will be happy to look into this for you and assist you with an appropriate resolution.
