Our patio set is partly curved at back and sides, so difficult to measure for a cover. Your designer was very good at making sure the measurements made sense for the shape. The finished cover fits well, arrived quickly, and seems very well made. It has not yet been tested in heavy rain so i cannot comment on how water repellant it is. The beige colour matches our decking very well.
Very clear and thorough ordering process. Makes one confident product will be quality. Cant respond to next recommendation question until i receive the cover!

I just received two chair and a love seat covers and am very pleased. Covers are very professionally made and are incredibly light compared to my old, heavy, rubber backed covers. Just that had me won over. Fingers crossed the covers stand up to over wintering outside under our deck. I'm betting they will. Very, very impressive products. I'm already thinking of other things that might need a cover! Lol

After ordering 3 Premium Fence Screen Roll, I saw that there was an error as 2 were ordered Black ans 1 Navy blue. I that ask to change the order for 3 Black ones. Than troubles started... Customer service can't have the order fixed, so they put it on Hold. After more than 5 days on hold, I've checked in to now what's happenning with my order, still on hold, The production team said that they can't modify my order since the product entered production, so I asked for a REFUND since I've wasted enought time waiting for an order that I'll never receive. Custoner service need to arrange a call with another department for the CANCEL and REFUND request. Phone call never occured. Still waiting for refund.

I bought the exact same cover 6 years ago, and the quality has decreased substantially - while the price went up. Customer service through the customization process was also very difficult to deal with.

1. I wanted to duplicate an order and had to call in.

I purchase two 18 oz 9' x7' canvas tarps. They are much heavier than I expected, somewhat rigid, hard to fold so was not the best answer for what I need since I have to regularly take them down. The no return policy unless defective means I have to keep them regardless.
However, the shipping was prompt, well packaged and arrived a day earlier than expected.

I had trouble finding simple 7 x 9 canvas tarp I had seen on facebook and the jump in price between 4x4 custom canvas tarp and slightly larger seemed huge.

I received the covers and the zipper was not were I thought I had ordered it. My mistake. However I did have assurance on the item and cover all is on the process of making it again at no cost to me. Excellent service

If you're looking for magnetic screens, this is the place for you! We have an oversized patio glass door, so we sent in our measurements and it came back perfect! Absolutely love it, no tools needed and setup was less than 10 minutes!

I checked, double checked, then triple checked our measurements to replace our outdoor cushion covers. I was satisfied I inputted the right measurements and although I was worried because the price was a bit steep (I did order many), they turned out to be PERFECT when we received them. I was also concerned about quality but the fabric is sturdy with waterproofing and vents to help dry them out in case they get wet in a storm. I am super satisfied with this product and would order again!
