Frankly rubbish. Quality of goods is cheap which is a shame as online they looked lovely and high quality. Instagram ads are misleading as is their advertising - the influencers they partner with to promote their products must be being paid a lot to post about their clothes. Don't shop with them unless you're happy with rubbish fabric and paying crazy amounts for a return. Their return policy is hidden - you have to pay to return or they take it off your refund. Wish I had read the reviews before shopping with them, whoops! And looking at their replies to other customers on Trustpilot, just seems to be the same sort of reply each time and nothing new or helpful. Even the item I'm keeping I'm not happy with the fabric or quality but like the print so just going to keep it. Paid off my own accord to return most of my bits and if they don't reach the return destination I will have lost so much money. I never really like to post reviews but I have felt particularly misled and duped by Cupshe. I'll never be using again!
This company is based in Hong Kong (which I had no idea until I ordered), I ordered my wife a few bathing suits as a gift for our upcoming vacation. I ordered on a Monday evening EST, and the order didn't ship for over 2 full business days. 3 business days later, and the items are still in Hong Kong at a FedEx depot. I paid for express (3-5 business day shipping). When I chatted with Cupshe customer service, they were argumentative and offered no solutions, even saying that it's their policy to ship 1 business day after the order was placed... however it was actually 2 full business days, to which they offered no solutions or compensation for this order not arriving within their own 'guaranteed' timeframe. Hopefully the products are good, but the customer service is absolutely horrible, and clearly they don't care when/how you receive your products.

Beware when you bought from this company. Not only that it is a CHINA based company, also the return is not free. You have to pay your own postage. If you don't want that, they'll give you 70% refund which they claimed to take 10 business day which in reality, if you don't contact them, they would not refund you, even after the waiting period.

I bought 5 bikinis with different tops and some of the tops did not fit, they were smaller than my regular size, it probably depend on the style. Material and colors were very good. I call customer service which gave me the option of replace them for free and keep the smaller ones. If I choose to return them I had to pay for the mail fees. So, I kept the smaller ones, and received the new ones without any cost. I was impressed. Will buy again for sure!

Fit information posted on the website was 100% WRONG! Models supposedly had 23" waists & 36" busts: mine are 30" and 40", so i ordered 1 size larger than they were supposedly wearing. Every item was WAAAYYY too big for me. I feel very deceived and will never order from them again. Quality was ok, but colors received were quite different than pictured on the website. All around, a very bad purchase.

Overall, Cupshe had a lot to offer. I loved the variety. However, I would not order from them again based on their quality and return process. I ordered four dresses. One I knew couldn't be returned and the other three I could return. The nonrefundable dress fits awkwardly and the material is SUPER thin. Definitely wasn't worth the price. It will just have to be a swimsuit cover up. Another two dresses also had very thin material and didn't lay nicely on me like the images on the site. In other words, just very cheaply made so those I planned to return. The fourth one I kept because it wasn't see through with the bold pattern and was very breathable. Still didn't think the quality was worth the price though.
As for returning the two dresses I didn't like, they reduced the amount I could get back and then charged me $11 for a return label. I lost about $18 trying to return items. They have options that allow you to get a 110% coupon to buy more of their clothes but it's really not worth it. It's all cheaply made and probably wouldn't last long. Overall, I won't order from them again. It's just not worth the trouble.

It is impossible to return items. The site doesn't work for returns, And what's worse is that there is no help from customer service. No one answers the phone and I've written three emails in which none of them have been returned. I will never order from this company again!

These suits are good quality and come in a timely manner however if you need to return something you ha e to jump through hoops like a monkey in a 3 ring circus. I jave ordered from them for years. I wear a size Large (10/12) have always purchased a Large. This last time I ordered 3 suits and a bottom 1 suit size Large was labeled a. Large but would have fit a 10yr old only and the bottom (separate) I ordered size Large would have fit a 300lb lady. The other 2 suits were as expected. Trying to return the 2 mis sized items has been going on for 2 weeks now and I finally told them today nevermind. It was taking way to much of my brain power to deal with them and their lies. I unfortunately won't order from them again

I was disappointed to find out I had to pay to send items back. I should have looked into it more. Their prices can be good, but not when you have to pay to send something back. Also, be sure the item is returnable... not all are.

I order 3 shirts After more then a month finally got 1 out of 3 and I was so disappointed because the color of the flowers are all faded the material is really bad quality is shining not work paying 25 dollars for each, I spend 78.25 total and I contact them and they want to refund me 9 dollars they don't want me to return it because they say shipping will cost a lot they are not in the USA. Quality is as expected for the very good prices but the return process was quite a hassle and expensive.
It's difficult to buy a suit without trying it on, so I ordered several options. I ended up keeping 3 of the 8 items in the order because I found most suits ran small and had an awkward fit on me. I initiated the return online & was told my return was "Pending Review" & I should get an update in 24 hrs. Two days later after no update, I contacted customer care via online chat & was told I'd have my label in 24 hours. Guess what -- no label came in 24 hours. I contacted chat again & was told I should just wait another 24-48 hours. They blamed their web portal, yet to my knowledge, there were actual people on the other end of chat who somehow were not empowered to email me a return label. Knowing, there is only a 30 day window for returns, I elected to self ship. It cost me $11.90 vs the $9.99 cost of the return label that Cupshe theoretically provides for returns but that I could never get from them. At least I finally got my refund. I am not sure if the problem is intentional --seeing if customers will forget to follow up and miss out on the 30-day return window or if it's just incompetence, but if the website portal and 2 agents can't get a return label out in a week, it's not a company I will choose to do business with again.

I am always really skeptical ordering from these cheaper websites, but I just did not want to spend over $100 on a swimsuit so I went ahead and ordered two of the most reviewed and popular items. I just got my order today and tried on the bikini top and bottoms, both fit PERFECTLY. The order was delayed by a week which isn't too bad considering how much I love my new bikini. The quality is great. Obviously their sizing is a bit small, but as long as you stick to their sizing chart you should be fine. For example, i normally wear a size small top and I got a large and it fits great. Can't wait to flaunt it this summer and will definitely order more now that I know it will actually arrive.

Swimsuits are so cute, but the sizes are ridiculous. I ordered two different suits and the bottoms are SO tiny (I'm a size 6 pants, so I'm not large by any means), and cut in a way that it makes it dangerous to move in certain ways without possibly being slapped with an indecent exposure charge. Their customer service is alsop garbage. I paid additional money for expedited shipping — I was supposed to have my order in 3-5 business days, and now part of my package is currently stuck in Shenzhen, China (today is business day 8), and they're giving me a hard time about refunding that expedited shipping cost.

Swimsuits are great, but didn't fit right. I did the live chat and opted to print my own label out. You need to upload a picture of your label. I ordered more swimsuits and hoping the sizes work out. I would defiantly buy again.
