WIth a late holiday planned and no new beach wear for a few years I found the Cupshe website, and ordered 2 coverups. The products are gorgeous, well made and excellent value for money. Unfortunately one did not fit me well, and so I contacted Customer Service and received excellent help and a more than generous solution to the problem. I'll definitely be looking at this website regularly when planning holidays in future.

I've purchased from Cushe before and am always pleased with the quality and many swimsuit choices. I had to contact customer service for a size exchange (bought the smaller size based on others product reviews) and the return/exchange process was quick and simple. I will definitely keep buying more swim suits and coverups.

I ordered two items but unfortunately they were a little too large so had to return but the quality of the clothes were lovely, I had to return and the service was excellent and was refunded the money very very promptly, I would recommend using cupshe

I purchased 2 lovely one piece costumes which were super affordable and really great quality. Delivery was super quick. I had to return one as it didn't suit and they responded with options for the return. The communication was excellent and I liked that I had a choice of what outcome I wanted with the return. The dress ordered in a medium was a little tight. They give you several options of return. Cupshe issued a coupon which I used to purchase another dress in large which has not arrived. Since I do not need to return the dress, it will be donated. Amazing company.

Purchased 2 swimsuits and 2 dresses, had to return the dresses as didn't fit my 38DD's properly but swimwear was perfect! Very flattering and good quality material and finishing. I chose to opt for 70% refund and keep dresses as not bothered to print labels, take pics etc etc and will serve as a nice gift to a family member anyway. I can understand why the company opt not to pay return postage, and can't fault their customer service all along my journey. Will be definitely buy again from here.

I've ordered bathing suits and dresses from Cupshe three in the past 2 years and the quality has been very good each time, especially for the price! All the items looked exactly as shown. It is important to check the size guide and material for each item. Any issues I've had we're handled in a very polite and efficient manner. I cannot rave enough about the stellar Customer Service I have received from all of the representatives at Cupshe! I ended up keeping 2/3 swimsuits I ordered, the last one just didn't fit quite right. Everyone I worked with regarding my return was so helpful and responsive! Great job, Cupshe!
