Fell upon this site by chance when searching for a bikini for my holiday. So pleased I did. Found some perfect holiday items. All arrived in good time and beautifully packaged! One item was too big and they dealt with that very efficiently with no cost to myself I have now placed another order. Size is perfect too!
I ordered 3 bikinis and 2 pair of sandals on cupshe. After about 10 days I received the order. Everything in the package was in a good condition an I was surprised of the quality delivered. The sizing of the tops and bottoms was really great, but unfortunately the tops didn't fit and I didn't feel save and covered. The sandals were to short for the size of my feet.
So I asked for conditions of returning the products and got an detailed answer in just a few hour.
The company doesn't provide shipping labels, but it wasn't a big deals to go to the post office an d get one.
After handing in the parcel ticket and the receipt from the post office, I received the asked full refund.

For the low price, the suits are descent quality.
They do not honor their refund policy. Twelve days after they received the return there was no return on my credit card. I contacted them via the site web helper.
They made me jump through hoops for about an hour and then while I waited, they credited my credit card. I actually saw the credit. The next day the credit disappeared. They undid it. Very dishonest company. I will never do business with them again. My bank is handling it now.

I was disappointed in the fit of the bathing suits - I found that they fit much smaller than expected (even after consulting the size chart), and the suits themselves did not look exactly like in the pictures online. However, when I emailed customer service to make an exchange, they responded almost immediately with excellent options for refund or exchange. I definitely will continue to be a customer, even if sizing up for my next purchases!

I ordered a cute bathing suit, it came super fast but just felt it was too revealing. Customer service was very helpful, offered multiple options and were quick to respond. I was able to order a cover up to wear over the bathing suit with a coupon!
