I RECEIVED MY NEW RIMS IN A VERY SHORT TIME. SHIPPING WAS EXCEPTIOANL. ANDREW HAD GREAT KNOWLEDGE OF THE WHEELS I WAS SHOPPING FOR. UNFORTUNATLY I HAVE NOT INSTALLED THEM YET SO I CANNOT VERIFY THAT THEY FIT. BUT I WAS ASSURED THAT THEY WOULD.

This is my second set of wheels and tire package
From custom offsets, this last purchase 3 out of 4 of the wheels had dents on the leading edge and them being a high gloss black you can see it big time
I don't know who put them together ' but they need a refresher course on mounting and balancing without damaging the rim, i didn't call them because i didn't what the hassle of sending them back and waiting for another set, i will definitely rethink my options ….

It was really good I'm happy with what I got and the wheels came out super awesome the only thing is I wish I got different tires but that is on me that I did that other than that I love what I got

My target was 1.25" negative offset to mimic the wheel spacers I had on my 0 offset wheels. The salesmen recommended a -12 offset on a wider wheel promising that this wheel would accomplish my target offset. I asked for an explanation since -12mm isn't 1.25 inches. He said "trust me." Well I did and that was a mistake. The wheels had a -12mm offset or about half an inch. Nowhere near the look I was going for. They looked almost just like my old wheel's offset. I went to return the wheels but since they had been mounted and I had driven the truck from the tire store to my house already I couldn't. I had to settle selling the wheels on FB Marketplace as used. Custom Offsets gave me a $100 refund but even with that, considering the purchase price, tax, shipping, and the loss on the wheels I netted out to about a $500 loss on these wheels all because I trusted the salesman. Lesson learned

We do clearly state that if you are not happy with the package you purchase or if there is any problems whatsoever, that you don't mount or drive on the product so we can facilitate a return. The shipper held them for almost 2 weeks because they where trying to contact me for a drop off but no one had left a msg or anything until I called shipper and they got on it 5 days after I called. I've ordered tires in the mail b4 never had this much trouble

Bought leveling kit, wheels and tires from using the gallery information. Tires were to big. Did not know this until they were installed. Custom offsets would not assist in correcting the issue because they were installed. Gallery has wrong information as to tire sizes, offsets, wheels etc.

Our gallery is based on other customers' custom builds, meaning that our website allows customers to make purchases based on their own knowledge. Should a customer not be aware of proper fitment, we do ask that they reach out to our fitment team for advice.
