This biz is pretty good at providing tire info to aid in selection, but there are better websites available for this. It's nice that shipping is included in the price just like many other sources.

When ordering a replacement tire directly from tirerack but no discount can be applied... now I have the receipt, I give it back to tirerack so they send the check 2 seconds after I buy the tire... make it make sense. My call was yesterday but I made the purchase today.

The last set I purchased were for my daily driver. I hit a pothole and blew a tire about 1 year after the initial purchase. I was kinda in a pinch financially, because of a family crisis. I went online to purchase a replacement and was reminded that I would be refunded my cash after I purchased another tire. I took a photo of the damaged tire and uploaded it. Purchased the same tire from Tire Rack and got a refund check send to me within days. WIN, WIN!

Been fine for every other vehicle I've ever owned but my Mercedes has had nothing but problems with the tires I've gotten for it and they are now just over a year old. And I've had a second blow out now on a different corner.

My wife took her 2021 Camaro to Firestone for an oil change and they told her she needs new front tires. When they gave her a quote, it was for a poorer performing and rated Firestone tire and it was only $100 less than a full set of 4 from TireRack with delivery and installation. I've purchased at least a half dozen sets from TR and always am happy with my purchase.

I ordered 4 new wheels and tires with end caps for the wheels. Order came, waited 4 or 5 days and then went to put the tires on. The end caps where not sent. I reached out your customer service said they had to ship them separate but they never notified me. I ended up having to take the wheels off once the end caps arrived and they shipped the wrong size end caps, 15" instead of 16". I had to reach out about that as well.
