The communication with custom offsets was very good from start to finish. As for the shipping company, the communication was a bit more spotty. Nonetheless, they reached out to let me know they were on the way with my order. So that was good in that regard.

It was a 5-star service all around. The wheels and tires combo made my truck look so different. My friends thought I bought a new truck. After installing make sure to go to Discount Tire for a free tire pressure reset. Otherwise the tire pressure light will go on and off.

Missing pieces can't get ahold of any one

BUY DIRECTLY FROM ROUGH COUNTRY, CUSTOM OFFSETS GIVES YOU 48 hours from TIME OF DELIVERY TO REQUEST A RETURN OR SOMETHING IS MISSING. MY lift wasn't supposed to arrive until 4/28, it came 4/14 when i was out of town and missing $150-$200 worth of stuff, so yeah, i am out that money!
