I paid $2800. 00 for rims and tires. We called and used the website. Company even called to get our vin number. Put the tires on and they rubbed. Called that day and was told it was our fault and we needed to pay restoking fee and shipping back. Was then told to try spacers. This of course didn't work. Called back again and was informed that Ram's have 3 different types of calipers and it was our fault. So now I am stuck with rims and tires I can't use and will never sell for the same price. Horrible customer service and tries to make it out to be our fault. Never again!

"Absolute jokers"

Horrible experience with this company, they care very little about quality customer service and making things right when they do wrong. All 4 of the rims I got had extensive damage, the set was useless to me at that point. They offered to give me $300 back which was an absolute joke. They claim that all wheels are inspected by a professional before being shipped out but it's absolutely BS. The powder coating was horrible, drips and missed spots everywhere. Now I have a set of rims I can't use that I paid for plus $500 I paid for shipping. NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY GET MY BUSINESS, HORRIBLE THIRD PARTY VENDOR

Pick ANYWHERE else

I put in the correct information for my truck and the wheels I received did not even clear the brakes and their solution to this was to buy spacers. I wanted wheels that correctly fit my vehicle if I wanted to put spacers on my car I would've picked something else. They also do a terrible job at balancing the tires because once I hit 35 miles an hour my entire vehicle shakes like it's about to $#*! out on me. Absolutely terrible customer experience and poor craftsmanship.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST retail experience I've ever had. Don't believe the "5 star reviews on Google and Facebook" - Those are 100% hand-picked reviews by their very own company to make themselves look good. If you look at non-biased sites such as this one, people are generally UNHAPPY with their purchases. There's so many negative things to say that I'll try to summarize in points:

1) My order was processed incorrectly, where I was charged extra, and quoted for tires that I didn't select to purchase.

2) I talked to Aaron (on the phone) from their sales department, who told me a specific set of tires were in stock. I made the order through him, and I received an email saying that the tires were backordered, and I'd have to wait indefinitely for the new tires.

3) My order was delayed for 1.5 months, with no notification until I contacted them.

4) When I finally received the wheels, the tires mounted on the wheels DID NOT fit my truck. Mind you these are tires recommended by Aaron based on the truck that I just purchased and spoke with him about.

5) I contacted Aaron, Chard, and Damian, with none of them responding or trying to make the situation right.

6) I had to purchase new tires myself, and swap out the tires, all on my own dime.

7) The rims I bought from Custom Offsets were treated with a protective ceramic coating (I paid extra for this). Within 2 months, my rims are already pitting and rusting on ALL 4 wheels. Look at the photos.

Horrible Company

Paid $3,000 for a set of rims and tires that Custom Offsets website said would fit. Got them and they didn't fit. Emailed multiple times and called to be told sorry our guide isn't 100% accurate and there is nothing we can do because you pulled the car out of your garage. Rims are the correct size and lug patter but the tires are too big. Stuck with almost $1,000 in tires for nothing. I wouldn't buy from this company!

Terribly dishonest company

Stay away from this company. Buy your wheels and tires from anywhere else. The told me for 2 months my wheels and tires would be there in two weeks. They knew they didn't have them but they made up any lie they could to string me along. I choose this company because they had what I thought was a great deal on Memorial Day. 15 percent off for vets and military sounded good along with the 500 dollar gift card they advertised. Read the fine print it's a joke. Also the first military discount they gave was 30 dollars definitely not the 15 percent of 1250 set of wheels. This company is as dishonest as they come. Evan the customer service manager reached out to me and did make sure I got refund. But with that he has called, texted, and emailed me everyday for several weeks asking me to change this review. I wouldn't recommend anybody use this company. Stay away. I'm reasonably sure the reviews here on Facebook are paid for or completely fake they have 2.2 rating on several sites and I'm not sure that's even accurate.

How can their Facebook review rating be 4.9 out of 5! This company has a real rating of 2.2/5 on all other sites and in my opinion this is even too high. Custom Offsets told me that the tires that I ordered would fit my car, the tires did not fit! And when I asked to return them for a refund they explained that their fit-up claim was not a guarantee, but only advice! Unbelievable! Run from this company.

Started this process in ordering wheels 1st week of May. I received my order last week through fed ex n ups. Both front wheels from ups where scratched and nicked. To return these I must pay what company makes the buyer pay for damaged goods. This place sucks

Terrible Company

Terrible place to order from. I my items the site they were all in stock just to have a email 10 days later saying that the wheels were out of stock. Reordered and the representative double checked that the items were in stock at the manufacturer. Ordered new wheels and got a notification a couple of days later that the wheels were inbound to the warehouse. Waited 3 weeks and emailed the company asking where the wheels were. They responded by saying that the manufacture sent them already and were still waiting for it to get there. When I asked for the tracking info that's when they decided to tell me that actually, the manufacturer couldn't find them and I had to reorder wheels again. When I tried to ask for a refund no one wanted to email me back, I even completed the cancellation feature on their website still nothing. After 4 days I finally called and after being on hold they finally decided to refund and I'm just waiting for the refund now. This process took almost two months. Good luck with the company if you still decide to order from them!

I ordered tires and wheels and a lift kit for my son's truck. After ordering the wheels without TPMS, I received a text from one of their sales reps, Alex. Alex told me that he noticed I did not purchase the TPMS. I advised Alex that the year and model was not equipped with TPMS and I did not need it. He then advised that Custom Wheel Offsets has an internal monitor that plugs into the DC outlet in the vehicle. I asked him again if this was part of the TPMS purchase and he advised yes. I bought the TPMS package only to find out that that Custom Wheel Offsets does not have an internal plug in monitor. After four phone calls to customer support I was advised that I would need to return the TPMS sensors for a refund and they would reimburse me $25 to remove the sensors. Based on other Google reviews and my experience I would advise to buy elsewhere. This place is a fly by night outfit that makes promises they cannot support. I am also still waiting on the lift kit that I purchased over a month ago and have been advised it will probably take 8 - 10 weeks for the manufacturer to ship it.

Their online fitment guide was WAY off base and gave me wheels that made the rubber hit my upper control arm, and not just a little touch, I mean the tire was indented and you couldn't rotate them with your hands. I literally pulled forward and back in my driveway when I installed them to see how bad it was. A matter of feet! And they would not exchange or refund the wheels "because I drove on them", didn't hurt them, didn't even hurt the tires! I'm out a ton of money because of this dirt bag business! Because they have a terrible IT department who have no idea what the factory guidelines are for your car. Expensive lesson for me: I should have researched more but I chose to trust them! Hope it doesn't happen to you. Furthermore it takes forever to get your wheels and tires. I went to Performance Tire Plus for my replacements and they shipped the next day. Arrived literally 3 days later! Way better than the 6 weeks with these idiots. And yes after losing hundreds of dollars to these idiots because they can't even build an accurate website I'm going to help everyone I can through every resource I have for as long as it takes to keep them from making the mistake of using this company! Oh and bonus? They sold me "custom" spacers for hundreds of dollars that I've never recieved and they won't refund either. Funny part is I can't use the spacers even if they did show up because I would have to add bigger wheel studs and negate my 10 year warranty. I found all that out within a week but when I tried to cancel yet another mistake with this company they basically said that it sucks to be me because I didn't cancel within 72 hours. Don't make the mistake of trusting this dirt bag company. They will rip you off without remorse!

Not worth the hassle

Horrible company to deal with. Could not get any updates without calling in and waiting on hold. Kept saying website was having problems. I paid extra for fast shipping and didn't happen. I had to call to get a refund. Shipping company had my order on the truck for 4 days after arriving before unloading the truck. When finally delivered the pallet was destroyed and my wheels were all over because they were not strapped down. I took the wheels to 3 different shops including the Chevy dealer to pair the TPMS sensors only to find out two are bad. Now waiting for a response from Custom Offsets. Not worth the trouble. Buy somewhere else.

Andy - We are sorry the shipping company caused delays for you to receive your order. While we do try to ship them as quickly as possible as soon as they are with the shipper they are the ones that are in control. We are also sorry there were then issues with the TPMS sensors. While we would never intentionally send a customer faulty sensors it does sometimes happen because we show in our warehouse they are synced but then when they are installed and driven on they just won't sync with the car. I spoke with the representative name Paul and he was the best spent at least 40 minutes on the phone working with me and put together a awesome package for my Ferrari 488.

Definitely will buy my rime from this company again. He is definitely a asset to the company not many reps take the time to get things right.
