Finally received my new Gringo S. I ordered it right before Christmas so it took a minute to get here. My last one got stolen so I'm replacing it. Previous one was an XL (my usual size)that I had to order thinner face pads for, it was so tight. This time I ordered a XXL and it fits just right so I guess they run small. Looks good, will try it out as soon as the rain stops.
We had great assistance from store staff to help my son select his first motocross helmet. No only was the staff helpful with the right fit but making sure my son was happy with the style and color!

I sometimes order in store, which is not far from me, to support the hard stand business where I take advantage of the expertise and kind assistance of the staff, and for a better veterans discount than online. When I shop at cycle gear.com, Have it shipped to the store for free. The prices and quality have been great, and the staff is always kind, knowledgable, and friendly. I have particularly enjoyed the "Bilt" and other store brands for excellent sale prices and quality. One big advantage of ship to store is I can try on gear right there, and return/ exchange super easy.
I put a description into a search engine that took me to a cycle gear ad. Unfortunately, when I clicked on the ad image, it took me to the wrong product. I wanted a clip on visor and it selected the bolt on visor. Customer service was able to fix the error pretty easy and get me the right product.
The material is thinner and seems to crack much easier than OEM. It's expensive for what it is but not many alternative options for a taller windscreen.
The screw hole on the bottom two had micro cracks and fracture upon delivery. Didn't even mount it yet.

I paid extra to have Christmas delivery allowing almost 6 days. Tracking was abhorrent and nonexistent. Final delivery was five days late calls the customer service while pleasant was totally unhelpful. I would never order from you again using the tracking and shipping group if I actually needed it to arrive. On time.

Great Customer Service and Prices with Fast Shipping! I had to return my first helmet because it was too big. No hassle return at the store. Just got my replacement helmet and the fit was perfect, but the drop down visor was broke brand new out of the box, so I had to return it to get another replacement. Not Cycle Gear's fault, but the helmet manufacturer should have better quality control. Everything else that I have ordered from Cycle Gear has been Great! I will be shopping here more in the future!

The process for ordering a e-gift card is confusing. Thus, this email came to me (the giver) rather than the receiver, because it was hard to figure out the addressing and billing. It should be very straightforward. My information, as the buyer and the one billed, should be on the checkout page. The information for the receiver should only be in the spot to order the card. But it was all mixed up. You should sort this out. The good news is that both I, and my son, received the email notification of the gift card. Also, I did not expect the processing time; I thought it would be the same day. So I ordered it the day before Christmas, but it was not sent until the day after. It would have been nice to have been received before Christmas.
I ordered on the Cycle Gear website for the 1st time & got 10% off of my order. The website is easy to navigate. I received an email when the product was shipped with an estimated delivery date. I had it shipped to the store. When it was delivered I got an email saying it was ready to be picked up. I was not able to get there, I had someone pick it up for me. They said the guys greeted him when he walked in & were very nice. The pick up went smoothly.

Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
