The order page had clear measurements for the glove and the hand that would wear it. The fit isn't unbearable, but it is smaller than I would prefer. I should have known. Gloves are ALWAYS too small and "it will break-in" is FALSE. I should have known.

I love the Bell Bullitt so much so that I've had two of them. This one I was dissatisfied with because the helmet online pic did not match what was delivered. The online pic showed black trim and did not show chrome but the helmet I received had chrome trim on the edges and vent holes.
I went in looking for shields for my helmets only to find out my helmets were 10 years old and we're not really supposed to be on the road
My sales rep Ryan was annoyingly good at his job. I really did not go in there. Planning on buying a helmet. But I definitely got a new helmet and a new shield for that one and he made me feel good about the purchase.
The only thing that didn't go well was when I took the protective plastic off my face shield. It was already scuffed. I have been too busy to bring it in, but I did call and the sales rep mentioned that they should be able to exchange it. If they do the exchange, I could not be happier.
After my purchase I got a notification from my bank that it didn't go through. I called Cycle Gear immediately and they helped resolve the issue quickly. I just received my item yesterday and it was in tip top shape, they sent me notifications promptly and I was kept informed during shipping. I would definitely purchase from them again.
Cycle gear will get anything for me that I find online. They match prices and make returns and non-event. Very happy with them.

I'm 215 IBS 6' 2". Athletic build. Got 2xl so that I can work cloths underneath/another layer if it's cold. Was nervous about a mesh jacket. Coming from a winter jacket full leather Cortech with armor. Was pleasantly suprised. Good build. I could have fit a xL but no room underneath. Only complaint is the zippers feel not great and get stuck easy.
Ordered a new tire for my 07 goldwing. Picked up the tire and went home to battle with the dismount of the old tire. After breaking the bead and struggling for awhile, I finally admitted defeat and headed back to cycle gear tail between my legs. The staff was super friendly, wrote up my work order and took my tire and wheel. It was close to closing so they said it would be 1st thing tomorrow. They called me 10min after opening the next morning. Picked up the tire and am back on the road. Thanks Cyclegear.

I already knew what I wanted when I came in and I also knew that everything had to be ordered. The sales associate was extremely knowledgeable and upon totaling up the bill offered me a veterans discount saving me $90 on my purchase. Had the order shipped directly to the store and was promptly notified of the delivery which was a day early. Everything worked out great. Love the new Shoei helmet along with the the new Cardo Packtalk Pro.
Cycle gear is my go-to. They have decent prices, their in-house brands are all I use for riding gear, all other goodies available too!
I ordered size the Dianese Pony 3s as part of Cycle Gear's black friday deal. My local Cycle Gear didn't carry Dianese so I wasn't able to try on line.
Pros:
Andrew (S Lindbergh Blvd, St. Louis) was super awesome at helping me return and reorder my Pony 3s. He even helped me sign up for the points program.

Dianese's sizing chart on Cycle Gear's website is way off. I originally ordered size 48 and had to exchange for size 52. According to the chart, I should be a size 44.
I ordered a helmet as a birthday present. Ordering was easy the issue wasn't with cycle gear it was with your delivery service Fed Ex. They kept notifying me of different delivery dates and then it wouldn't show up by the end of that date and I would get another notification saying a different day back and forth numerous times. All the time tracking the package and seeing that it was sitting at one of there warehouses in Indiana for numerous days. It was VERY frustrating.
Cycle gear has always went above and beyond no matter what I've purchased. In store personnel is always friendly and helpful and online is very thorough and responsive.

Well I needed a few goodies on my new bike and with have an rpm account shipping was fast. Site had exact.fit no brainer parts section and away I went. Bought an open box seat saved over $80 on a saddlemen. Self taught myself how to reupholster the passenger seat pylon. Tail tidy of course and a shogun frame slider kit. Instructions we wishy washy for shogun but I YouTubed my way through it.

This was my first time purchasing motorcycle tires and the staff I called at the store was very great and helpful. I proceeded to order online after speaking with the Brookfield WI store associates to ensure I had the right tires and price. The only thing I had trouble with was paying using my venmo account. I used my bank account instead than and the transaction went through fine. I suggest maybe exploring the glitch with the venmo pay to address that, or just take venmo pay option off as it was very frustrating. Thanks for the sale and the assistance from the Brookfield WI store.
Answer: Your local dealership will almost inevitably be superior to CycleGear, in every respect. The reason for that is your local dealership will cease to exist if they don't offer their customers the service, support, and products that they are looking for. You might not find it on the shelf right then, but every dealership has the ability to order in what you want and they will price it fairly, because they know that you can go elsewhere. These internet retailers need to be put out of business, by us. All we have to do is shop locally.
Answer: There's nothing legit about the website. They have stores in many different cities around the US, but their customer service is almost as bad in-store, as it is from their corporate call center and internet department.
