This is the first time I've worked with Jonathan, but let me tell you what a "wow" experience I had with him. I couldn't decide between two diamonds so he held both of them for me until I did make decision. No pressure from whatsoever. In fact, he went above and beyond by making a comparison video of the two as well as a spotlight video. Communication was responsive and quick!
