Still waiting for my refund no response from anyone
Poor stock item. Didn't have what they said they had in stock online and couldn't tell me when I can have it.
I ordered 2 items that were around $1500 each. Only 1 was sent to me.
The order was placed may 3 2022. Communication with Paul Bondoc was horrible. I would send 1 email a week just checking on my missing item. After 4-5 weeks I would get a email with no real answers or solutions.
On September 30th I recieve an email stating that they will not refund or reship the missing item. (I have the packing slip showing 1 item on shipment)
So now I have to waste my time to file a claim with the courts.
I wouldn't reccomend this company to anyone, and urge others to stop before you get burned too.
Would give ZERO STARS if i could. Worst experience ever! Never shipped, kept pushing back ship date:(
To make matters worse, the only way I obtained any status was by contacting THEM, they NEVER reached out to me with ANY UPDATES!

If you have any non-damage related sort of issue with your purchase, plan to take heavy losses.
Initial outlay $232… -$75 (restocking fee and return shipping)
Choosing to do business with DK Hardware resulted in a loss of 33% of the purchase.
Stick with the classy companies like Build with Ferguson.
I ordered door hardware that required a "special order" status that I was told would take 5-6 weeks which I agreed to. Now 7 weeks after the fact, their "Customer Happiness Specialist" whom informed me today, only after I contacted them, that the hardware will not be available until 9/13.6 months to fill an order. How about rephrasing that title to "We Really Don't Care About Customer Happiness Nor Do We Need Any More Business Specialist".
Was able to reset tumblers on a jammed 1960's safe with their HPC SLC-46 key manufactured in 2020!
Had thought the safe was a lost cause.
I purchased a shower door kit from DK Hardware (CRL Contempo - CON73BS). I have been unable to correctly install this door. The Header is narrower than the specifications indicate it should be and as a result the glass doors hand too close to each other and the top corner contacts metal in the Track Holder Fittings when about 1" from fully closed. Besides the obvious problem of not being able to fully close the doors, this will invariably result in the glass eventually shattering from the top corner coming in repeated contact with the metal. The door handles also hit each other when the doors are slid past each other. I have provided extensive evidence of my problems with this door kit to the manufacturer, CR Laurence, and while they acknowledge that the Header Track is narrower than the specification, they refuse to take any responsibility for this or provide any guidance for how I might resolve the problem. DK Hardware, who is the unfortunate middle man, is siding with the manufacture and not the customer and is refusing to accept a return of this shower door kit. The reviews on their website, which appear to offer praise for this shower door kit, are not actually reviews of a shower door. They offer no means for me to make my own review. Therefore you should question other information on their website

We had ordered a smal amount of hinges. They were delivered in a timely fashion and the order was accurate. Pricing is of fair market value. Will add DK Hardware to our list of prefered internet suppliers.

Placed an order in August 2021. Yes I know we have supply chain issues, so I was forgiving when my "ship in 5 days" item didn't arrive within the first couple of weeks. So I called…. And called…. And called…. Oh and emailed…. Emailed…. Many documented communications with NO ANSWER to why my $1500+ order hasn't shipped. So finally on Sept 30th I communicated via email and was assured it would ship out in early November.
Fair enough…. So I waited. And waited. And here we are November 10th and guess what, no tracking, no communication, I'm just sitting in the dark unknown. So I reach out, which I really shouldn't have to do, and I'm told it will now ship in JANUARY 2022?!?!? Why don't you provide ME and update if you know there is an issue?
Worst customer service ever. Let's see how quickly I get a refund from this subpar company with zero customer service.
Found otherwise hard-to-find hardware on website; ordered; received on-time as notified; product exactly as pictured online... good service
