The airline cancelled my flight. I should get a full refund. Easemytrip has still not refunded my money and keeps making excuses and keeps blaming the airline. And they do not respond to calls or emails easily. I have to send 5 reminders before someone will respond with a standard and useless answer. Their customer service sucks

This is worst website one can use for their travel. I had rescheduled my ticket by paying prices much higher than what airline charges. Still it is not confirmed and they are now asking for more payment saying prices have increased though the prices are yet the same on their website itself.

As per my experience very bad service and customer support services,i suggest to every one dnt use it.

This is one of the site who is there to cheat and do fraud with it's own loyal client. I have been using easemytrip for a long time. But the employee here management here is to make money by telling lie and do fraud. I have proofs to justify my statement

I booked non-refundable air ticket through 'Easy my trip' in Air India airlines. I cancelled the ticket and there was cancellations charge of Rs 8354/- per person intimated by 'Easy my trip' where as before cancellations,I checked through 'Air india' web site and it was mentioned that Rs 4000/- per person will be the cancellation charge. I complained to 'Easy my trip' for over charging. They informed that '' Air India" should be approached for clarification. When contacted ' Air India', they stated that since ticket has been booked through a travel agency, I should get clarifications from Travel agency only.
Thus, what ever cancellation charge amount mentioned by Travel agency, that became final. There is no means to find out the actual cancellation charge.I even requested 'easy my trip' to submit a proof that 'Air India actually charged an amount Rs 8354/-. But they just took their stand for me to contact 'Air India office only.
Thus my advice is that to book a non- refundable Air ticket through a travel agency, all precautions need to be taken to avoid excess cancellation charge imposed by travel agency.

Dont book tickets from easemytrip. Ye customer ke proper koi b help nai krte just formality k elawa. M flight book ke jis m 3 flights connected thi Luftansa air canada and air india. Ospe name ke mistake hui. Just (i) ke jga ee dal gya. Or mene inse baat ke ye problem ha to Easemytrip ke team bol rhi ha ye shi nhi hoga mene apne app Luftansa or Air Canada se call pe shi krwa lea. Ab air india se baat ke to wo bol rhe ha apki travel agency hamse shi krwa sakti ha app nhi Or travel agency Easemytrip ke team bol rhi hamara b yaha rule ban gya ha k kese ka name shi nhi krwa sakte mere pass air india ke call recording b ha jo inki team ko share b ke. Please dont use Easemytrip enke apne rule haa.

I've been a loyal user of Easemy Trip. But twice in a row now this app has cheated me. First they kept changing available flights which costed me a huge amount to book my ticket at the last moment. Now they have charged me twice the amount to just reschedule a flight at triple the amount. Beware, ways to lose money. They have your card details.

I am using this site for booking flights, very bed experience to book my flight. Most of the time it is searching again and again. At time of booking it was failed.

I suggest don't use it its totally disgusting application I loss 3 times money here I recharge every time fails

Easemytrip is the worst airline ticketing company. There customer service has no clue of ticket rescheduling, cancellation and refunds. I wanted to cancel my flexi ticket at indigo. I called them to ask for what refund i will get. The cust care person told me the refund much lesser that my expectation (about 70% deducted), because I had rescheduled the flight once so more payment was done for rescheduling. He said whatever money was paid for rescheduling will not be refunded, So I called indigo and asked them, Indigo told that they will deduct only 500 and refund, So i cancelled at indigo.

When i checked back with easemytrip, they have no clue of what indigo refunded to them, they are not even aware of additional payment I did for the rescheduling (I used easemytrip only to do the rescheduling and made extra payment for it). The customer care person told me they will check with the airline how much refund is done? Really - do you have any accounting systems? Any tracking of money credited into your bank account for ticket cancellations or ticket rescheduling?

This is a joke, don't book with them. Big hassle. They have non-functional systems when it comes to rescheduling and cancellation, or maybe they want to cheat on customers

I have been trying to get hold of easemytrip in order to alter my return flight and have had little to no response from anyone on their team. I have been attempting this for nearly three weeks and am getting very close to having visa issues because of this lack of customer care. I find this attitude deeply unsettling and grossly unprofessional. Considering the I am well within my rights to apply for this alteration, they are breaching the company policies and terms and conditions stipulated when purchasing the ticket.
I have attempted many times to use the online portals to make these alteration, each time I am unable to as the software does not work properly on their app, or their website.
Terrible experience all round, if I could rate it less than one star I would. Operatives from this company outright lied to me when purchasing my flight. AVIOD AT ALL COST

Most incompetent booking website in India. They are scamming people by charging extra money to release the tickets which is way more than what is shown on their website.
1. I made a booking and had to cancel it, their customer care told me to connect to the airline directly for any refund details. Airline. While the airline told me to contact Easemytrip for these things
2. I rescheduled my ticket, and paid the charges which were shown online on their portal. Now instead of confirming, they started asking for extra money to release the tickets saying there is fare difference but I locked the price on the portal and paid the remaining amount. They are clearly scamming people charging fraud amounts

Chor Company(Thieves Company). Don't book any thing with them. They will wash their hands after collecting money from you and at the end you have to paying more for same booking with other company. Spend few bucks more and choose a reliable company to book your tickets who take care of your travel need. These guys, they don't inform about the cancellation of the booking and keep holding your money. Once you cry, they will refund you and wash the hands. They are in hands with Globs with their operator for just to collect the money for booking and at the end no meaning of that booking as you cant travel on that booking.

I booked flight tickets for my family from Pondicherry Airport to Hyderabad PNR number:BEUYGQ, initial flight time was 11:50 AM suddenly they changed the flight time to 3:40 PM but i need to reach Hyderabad before 3PM as i have another appointment, I requested Easemytrip team to help me out by cancelling the ticket and Refund the total amount but they are not helping me out.

I need full refund as this flight time is not suitable for me.

Been waiting on my refund from ease my trip since the last three months. They still have no answer. Their customer support is absolutely inefficient! NEED MY MONEY BACK.

My ticket was cancelled on 03 May 2023. I am still waiting for my refund and their response is very disgusting. They stopped replying to my email too. When I call, the answer is, one of our representatives will call you back. A few days before, the customer care guy was getting angry on my call, he didn't ask any information regarding my ticket, just asked me to send email and email they are not replying. I advise passengers to book ticket directly from the airline not from these agencies and never from easemytrip. They never inform about the cancelled flight, change of time and even do not refund your money.

None of the customer care number listed online on websites or in an invoice are working, cant get hold of agent at all when you need them, they display cheapest rate to be on the top and once you book they dont confirm your ticket and ask for more money! This you will be left hanging as your ticket is booked and paid but not booked!
