I order linens from them but realized they were going to be shipped to late so I tried to cancel them immediately but they do not have phone number to call, soI emailed them immediately to try cancel it that way, so in the evening I get an email saying they have been shipped out so now I am stuck with a bunch of linens that I do not need because they were late. They charged me over $50 to send them out. They next day finally they get back to me and tell me they get back to customers a day later but they said since they have been shipped out there is nothing they can do. I don't know why I could not call them to fix this. I hate not being able to call a company that I order so much from. I will not order from efavormart or from tablecloths factory again. They are the same company.
I ordered 36 candle holders for my daughter's wedding. They arrived before the scheduled date. Quality was better than I expected. 3 were broken and they were replaced immediately without question. I would use this company again.
This was my first time using Efavormart. Ordered multiple items, they sent everything but the 60 chair covers. I contacted them and they kept trying to convince me that maybe I was overlooking them because they were noted as shipped in the one box that I received. I advised them that the box was not opened or damaged when I received it, and it was a smaller box. I was not overlooking them and they were not in the box. So they agree to ship them to me, which took about a week or so. However, I actually only received 50 of the 60 that I had originally ordered and paid for. I reached out again, and was told how they were noted to have shipped 60. I offered to send her pictures, the box that I received was directly from the manufacturer and clearly labeled as a box of 50. I was then offered a refund for the remaining 10. I advised that I did not want the refund. I needed the 10 chair covers that I had paid for that they have messed up sending correctly twice now. I requested that they be shipped expedited because my event is closer. They were concerned about the cost of expedited shipping. Are you kidding me? - You have messed up my order twice and you are concerned about shipping it to me fast because of the cost of shipping. I eventually did get the 10 other chair covers on time. Quality was okay, these were for a Sweet 16 party. I definitely would not want them for a wedding. Also, ordered some of the electronic light up numbers which appeared new but did not work at all, had some other light up decorations which were fine. I do not recommend and would not use them again.
I will never shop here again, if you do a return you might not receive your money back. Buy if you don't need to return.
Orders came quickly and seem to be great quality. Wedding is in September so I have not fully opened everything yet, will update once I've used them.
Order was placed. Given delivery time. Package DID NOT arrive on said date. I checked faithfully for tracking info. An investigation was opened AFTER the fact. Needless to say the BEST way this company handled this situation was to refund my money ASAP. Needless to say tracking info is still not updated, package remains lost AND I had to have an event with NO linens.
I have yet to experience anything other than total satisfaction; products are as described & at great prices! They arrive quickly and in great shape - that why efavormart is my go to!

I ordered 100 Pcs - Personalized Initial Wedding Napkins, Custom Cocktail Napkins and received them days later than promised only to find they ship them in flimsy plastic mailing bags. The napkins were all bent on the edges, so they looked old and shoddy. I paid per napkin for them to be attractive. I started a chat about the condition of the item and the rep told me they were not damaged and to place all the napkins under books! Lol. Mind you I paid full price … not a discounted item. I should fix the issue with books. I wanted a new order sent in a box to prevent this. She said they send in a plastic bag. I asked for a refund. She offer 50% off the full price napkins but in credit to use in their store. I declined and had to force the refund with opening a case with PayPal. So they won't hear you and mail items properly, they resist giving you your money back and want to appease you giving you credit back to use in their store. I was told the refund has to go through their process and she could not give me a refund confirmation. Beware.

But, not today.
Today, I was freaking AMAZED. **Ahh-mazed** at the QUALITY of my party linens. I'm using them as part of my everyday princess tea party fantasy/photo booth kitchen set-up (because I'm a grown-$#*! woman during COVID so why not?) And for even every day service, these are AWESOME for the price. And I am pretty cheap and I don't want to spend more. So I am SUPER pleased with the VALUE.
To protect my tabletop investment I got a cheap clear vinyl tablecloth from Amazon.
These party linens are WAAAAAAAAAY better than "Amazon quality."

I called once explained the issue and the lady said well if you try to keep them and make them work we will give you 20 percent off. I said wel I really need these to be good I will try it if not I will be able to call back to return them right? Second person okay we can return them give you store credit perfect! I read policy if you don't have the cheap plastic they come in they won't be accepted? Really because I had to open that to see them? Call to check policy 3 rd lady says yes man sorry! I said I can't get a box return them that way nope has to be the plastic bag they came in but if you keep them we will give you an additional 30 percent for the inconvenience well I can't use defective linen? Well yes or no? Well if that's my only option fine take what I can get credited so I can buy more elsewhere which I did! Get the credit today ya okay 13.00 if 92? That's not 30 percent! I guess I got screwed not right
TERRIBLE customer service. I received 2 large sequin runners that were so poorly made, that I couldn't use them. I was told by efavormart that they would refund me after I sent the photos to them. The threads were coming apart, sewn crooked and unusable. I was told I would get a refund. I didn't even receive 2 of the items that I ordered. Excuse after excuse. I had to open a case to try to get my $$ back for items that I didn't receive and was told that I NOW cannot get a refund for the runners because I opened a case for the items that I did not receive. They asked me to close the case for Items that I did NOT receive. I have sent a lot of customers to efavormart. I have been ordering from them for quite awhile. But, I will no longer purchase from them and am going to tell ALL of my catering customers how poorly this transaction went.
