Quality is ok, but problem I have is with the shipping my first order was late so they refunded half of my shipping with a gift card so I gave them another chance well it's late again! You get a email saying shipped and 2 days later you check on it and all it says is label created! Shipping dept needs work!

Very pleased with the delivery being sooner than anticipated. Normally my delivery takes about 10 days, this one was about 3days i believe which really worked for me, I love your site

Paid for the whole case price of what their website suggested. The rice was 98% off the regular price, but only sent 1 piece. When I contacted their customer service, they were not at all wanting to honor the price I paid for and waited 6 days before the wedding hoping to receive full quantity. Grace G from their customer service kept repeating one thing over and over pay for the difference and we will send it out. ( basically saying sorry we did make the mistake, our IT is incompatible, and we did cheat you with the price but you are the one who have to pay the difference.

Chair cover & sash made a perfect special chair for the graduate. Blended well with the theme & decor.

I ordered 18 32in balloons and 6 18in balloons and almost all of them popped before getting anywhere near the sizes they were supposed to be. Ruined the vision my clients had and pushed back my completion time because I had to go to another store to find filler balloons close to the colors I was using. Such a headache, waste of time and money.

I placed an order on April 16,2021 and most of my order is on backorder. They originally said it will be a few weeks to restock. I asked for an update in May and we are June now and NO ONE CALLED BACK! They finally answered me after I complained and now they are saying my order MAY COME in July now! Why are they selling items on their website if they are NOT in stock and making customers wait for MONTHS for their orders!

I placed an order with efavormart. I need to return the order. Efavormart did not include an invoice. I cannot get in touch with customer service to get help. I've tried for days. I'm so disappointed with their customer service!

After 3 weeks I contacted the company to see where my order was. There phone number doesn't let you speak to anyone or leave a message. It just hangs up on you. Emails never answered.
I am disputing through PayPal. Do not use this company if you don't want to be ripped off.

I ordered 6 black table cloths to use as curtains in my photo studio. They arrived quickly but I needed 2 more. I reordered but accidently ordered 1 instead of 2. Directly after the order I was able to contact them and they helped me get the second attached to the first order so I wouldn't have to pay 2 shipping charges. They were very helpful and efficient and I received my 2 new table cloths quickly. Thanks!
