Normally I dread calling customer support for any business but was pleasantly surprised with eFax's support. They got right back to me, listened and were kind and patient. Best of all, they resolved my issue. No need to fear this customer support team. They do a great job! :)

I have sent a single fax with them back in December. I don't use fax on a day to day basis, I only needed to send one page to bring my minor daughter back home after a funeral. Since i dont need it, i cancelled (or so i thought) right away. In April i noticed my account was billed by them and I immediately tried to phone them and cancel. I got no answer at all, no available chat, no one answering the phone, no response to my emails. Same story every month. They have now billed me 118£ for a single page of fax and I cant reach them to get my money back and stop these payments. They are crooks and don't care about their customers at all! I've never been treated so unfairly.

Professional & Courteous customer svc. Over my dozen or so years in owner-managed business, I only needed a fax occasionally to meet my client's needs. I used eFax and never had any issues... used them for all of business-related fax needs. I recently retired and cancelled the service and it was painless and hassle free cancellation process. I recommend these folks for those companies that need fax service but don't want the trouble of maintain a fax line on a dedicated fax or printer.

Walked me through the steps and even stayed on the line with me until I received my confirmation that the fax was sent successfully. Always been a fantastic service just no longer have need to send or receive faxes so will not be using the service anymore but they have been a god send from fax to email so we never had to deal with irritating fax machines. When it came to cancelling I got to speak to a human who was helpful but sad we were leaving, excellent service to the end.
