When ever we have had any kind of issue with the system I have been able to contact James Miasek and he has always been more than happy and help. It's nice to see that he has a passion for the system we decided to go for and because of that he's always a pleasure to work with.

We were sold the ipad till system which has unfortunately not worked well and is costly in all ways. Contrary to this the support staff are excellent and patient and I rate all of them 5 out of 5. The issue is not the staff but the manner in which epos is set up.

Impressed with the level of training that was provided at time that suited us. Ability to go over certain aspects if we were not sure or needed to refresh our memories. Our customer services lady made sure that she tried to understand our business in order to offer us advise on how we should display things on the till as we had no experience at all of any EPOS system all very new to us. Also arrange conference call in as initially the 2 of us who were being trained couldnt always be at the same location but we needed to be trained at the same time

Our business, which is an independent retailer, purchased the system after much consideration to improve efficiency and due to Magento webstore software integration we have been waiting over six months. Contact above the Support Team is impossible. Requests to speak to the Customer Service Manager are fruitless. The Support Team are well scripted and at times it can be over 15 minutes on hold before talking to someone. Daily operations are hindered by the tills freezing and messing up sales. Issues with delays in printing and issuing receipts. The scanners can not scan through product packaging. Printing barcodes is time consuming. Applications are available which you would expect to be standard as part of an EPOS system, are extra. Recommendation do not purchase this system.

Amazing help and support

We are currently setting up a new 130pax restaurant and have purchased 3 EPOS systems from EPOS now. We have received a lot of support and help from the team. Couldn't reccomend them enough

Had EPOS recommended to us and was really pleased with the product. The training phone calls were really helpful and Matt had excellent customer service and was great at making sure I understood everything and was happy with how to use the system!

Excellent Service

Great Support Team

Only been with EPOSNow a month, but so far so good, I have read some of the reviews and some of them are really bad, don't understand why people have so many problems with them but I hope it doesn't happen to me. The implementation team is really friendly and call you as many times as you need to have you up and running and the system itself is very easy to use. Shout out to Josh Groom who is been really good and patience with us. It can be a little be pricy to be honest, but it's all depending of your needs.

Great team at EPOS NOW from sales to implementation support. Dealing now with Lauren to get the system setup and found the telephone support combined with online live training easy to use and very helpful. Lauren has been great at guiding me through the back office systems, coming up with solutions to our individual needs and being there when we need help. Glad I chose EPOS NOW.

Phil was very understanding of our needs. He talked through all the options available to us, suggesting what would work best for the way we operate. We had lots of questions and changed our minds often. He's been very patient. We fully intend to choose epos now for our charity next year.

So you have read the title and now expect me to say something negative BUT I dont expect 5 star reviews in our restaurant unless we do the job properly and EposNow have certainly done that.
I have been looked after by Nick in Sales
Coral in Training and mainly Kieron in Support
Absolutely first class from all 3 employees and Coral gets the special mention for being clever enough to get all the essential till training over to a halfwit like me!... more phone calls will be needed no doubt as she doesnt really expect me to take it all in and remember (or does she?).
A great rapport with all you guys and you all know your stuff and talk at the right level.
I will recommend you whenever possible.

Avoid this company at all costs.

The sales guys will tell you anything just to make the sale. We were told specific functionality that the system could do and upon signing up and trying to use that functionality in our training, we were told it couldn't do that functionality!

The training was awful as well. We were given a junior who had been there 2 weeks who put us on hold after every question as couldn't answer any of them.

We have requested a refund for the kit and the system (cost almost £3,000) but they refuse to authorise the return.

They say they are looking into matters when I speak to them on the phone and then don't hear back from them for days or weeks. Then when I do call them again myself, they seem to have no recollection of what they said they were going to do to look into it. Just getting stone walled!

So we are now stuck with 2 till systems which cost us almost 3k (which are still in their boxes and never been used) and not being allowed to send them back (can't see why though as they could just resell the computers as still untouched in their boxes).

We're now having to seek legal advice which is going to cost us and eposnow even more money and probably end up in court.

Beats me why they won't just accept the return and let us both move on.

Avoid this company at all costs!

Excellent service

Josh did everything I wanted. I purchased Bulk import, and with the help of Josh did a stock take with over 3000 items and then up loaded the data onto my till. This has so helped me with the day to day running of my business. My end of year will now take 5 minutes instead of 5 days.
