I have purchased several Curt hitches etrailer. They have great prices and ship within 12 hours. Installation was straightforward after watching video.

I have placed a 1/2 dozen or so orders with E Trailer, over the years. Excellent service has been consistent throughout. I can only think of one issue where an item was damaged in shipping. Naturally, the item showed up the day before I was leaving for vacation. The customer service representative was able to ship the replacement item to my destination.

When the shipment was received one of the cases had broken latches. The e-trailer representative was quick to contact the manufacturer for me, and I had a replacement case within days. Way to go Lauren! I look forward to ordering from etrailer again in the future.

I received my shipment, which included a Master Lock. The packaging for the lock was partially opened and the keys were missing. I searched inside the box and packing material but couldn't find the keys.

They were easy to work with it was easy to order, but they didn't fit. To return I have to pay freight, which bugs me a little. If the return goes easy then I'd say it's a good place to work with if I have trouble with the return a little bit different story
It's always been great customer service, friendly staff filled with knowledge and always wanting not just willing to help! Prices are good products are good with good representation and measurements of what I'm getting! I always will go to trailer first!
