I have ordered from etrailer many times before. Products are always top notch at a great value. I have never had an issue. This time my receipt date has come and gone and no sign of my parts. Tracking information isn't helpful. When will I get my parts? Maybe etrailer needs to reconsider shipping vendor.

The box I received was severely damaged. The side was ripped open and tape was wrapped around it. I also found a 5lb box of some sort of seasoning in the box that did not belong there and eTrailer had no idea how it got there.

They have parts for every brand of rv. Your part get delivered ina timely manner.

Product was as described and appears of good quality. Good instructional video ahead of order described install. Only issue when installing was some finessing to get the last of 6 bolts lined up and started. Torqued down fine after that.

All ordered parts arrived on time as promised! I really needed em, and they got em here! I am not easily impressed in this day and age...but I am truly impressed! Great job etrailer! 👍

Great information- I felt confident I was buying the right items and that they were correct for my vehicle. Trailer brake controller and Timbren bump stops for my 4Runner to haul 20' airstream

Shipping was slow and when it came in the box was open. Only missing a couple washers so all is ok
Customer service side was perfect though.

They not only have what I am looking for but a selection to chose from.

I was buying a few upgrades for my RV. I was using different vendors based on pricing and availability. Nothing from the "A" place. I placed my order from etrailer.com and then went to another site to place that order and then compared the items from both sites again and said - wow, that would be stupid because the etrailer product is better and maybe a dollar more. I called etrailer right away. They did their customer service magic and got both my things ordered on one purchase so they would arrive together. Very friendly. Great follow-up. Very professional.

I sent you a letter with my return, at my expense, and sent return via USPS, just like you sent to me USPS. I expect a full return, not the $3.00 dollars you offered, based on me sending back via UPS, and a restocking charge for sending me the wrong lens that do not fit.

I needed a specific item to mount my license plate on my cargo carrier. The brackets weren't expensive and arrived in time for my road trip.

The product didn't fit. When I wanted to return it, the shipping I'd have to pay was only a few dollars less than the cost of the product. So be sure you get the right product!

I ordered a hitch and wiring then decided to change it. I called and they canceled the order and helped me determine what I needed. Delivery was very fast especially for a large heavy object. No question I would use them again.

They gave great service. They gave really great service. Seriously great.

Overall e-trailer has a great website, with tons of parts and plenty of facts and information to make your decision on ordering parts.
