The steps look great, took like 45mins to install. I ordered them on 11/28 and they literally arrived on 11/29! No fitment issues, just easy bolt on. We'll definitely order from them again.

I ordered 10/28/26. The item was in stock never received. Called twice and was assured that it was indeed in stock. Then recently received a notification that my order is delayed. Due to out of stock back order

Your products are usually pretty good when you have them in stock. There's been an occasion where I was told they were in stock and then I never got the product. Had to cancel the order. Other than that you sell good merchandise
After placing my order, I checked my bank they over charged my by $160.00. I contacted extream the lady i was talking to assured me. They only took the correct total. Now couple days later I see it changed to correct amount in my bank account. But there is a separate pending charge for the 160.00 that was the over charged amount. There is no reason for them placing a hold on my money. With this happeningi doubt ill order anythingagain.

Nothing but good vibes for Extreme Terrain! Quick order fulfillment and easy return procedure, if needed. They do need to go with UPS as their primary delivery service. FedEx is terrible and won't change until the leadership changes. I had ordered some LED lights and the FedEx tracker says it was "out for delivery". Haven't gotten it yet.

Previously, we had ordered a soft top that didnt quite fit even though its for the correct year, tried to see if it may just be a defective one, we were told there were no more in stock to even Get a replacement, so either scrap the top and buy another one somehwere else, we opted to buy a whole new frame kit, which ironically cost more than the top itself, as the top was on sale when we bought it. Not much help in the E. T team to make it right. But I guess buying just some sun visors shouldn't be too bad. Hopefully they fit right. BTW, you have to pay for replacement shipping, on top of the initial shipping for the part the first time you ordered it. Not too sure I agree with that, since the site said "guaranteed fit". But hey, I need the part...
Very disappointed the military "discount" is not applied to the purchased item. Using store credit for the next purchase is sleazy.

Bought the Carven Catback Exhaust for my Tacoma and it looks great! Couldn't install because my old Exhaust flange broke off. Just ordered the afe y-pipe and cats.
