Very challenging to place order. Next issue was around trying to set up account so I could get an actual receipt to submit to my FSA. One is not provided when you place the order. I tried going into my account and now it says my password is not correct. This has been the most time consuming, frustrating, insane experience ever. Never again.
Easy and saved about $450 they have all the popular brands of frames
Virtual try on isn't great, I need to lookup my last pair to find what numbers I need to filter on. My doctor isn't listed but is in VSP.

This company has a serious issue with the product availability. It advertises that they would have a specific brand prescription available and then send you an email about you items being back ordered. It is a lure you in type of tactic. It's a lm ugly business to deal with. If you need glasses or contacts I would not recommend this place. It's better to just wait the wait time at a regular vision center. Customer service is very poor. I was asked what would I like to see happen, moving forward. FYI, I would like to see period. When it comes to recommendation for this company that would be a very hard NO. Eyeconic's mission is to provide high quality eyewear to as many in the community as possible.- when do you plan to do so, We are still waiting. I only hope that one day EYECONIC would take in to consideration that we don't come to you because we wanted to or even because of your status in the review world. We come to you because you are in network with our insurance providers and you lured us in by you false very false advertisements.
I ordered a paid of glasses for my son earlier this year. Was happy with the frame quality and prescription but the lenses did not hold up nearly as well as glasses purchased at an optometrist's office. I just tried to order a pair for myself and, although my prescription was valid (well before the expiration date and signed by a licensed optometrist), they argued that they would not accept it. It was almost as if they were looking for a reason not to sell me glasses! The confusion and condescension from the customer service reps (multiple reps!) was enough that canceled my order and my family and I will not be purchasing anything from them in the future.

No way to easily reorder same item. When contacted my request was ignored. Then they go through some indirect service. Fix the site or leave me alone. I really don't like this company.

So far so good. The process of ordering was fairly simple. They provided a tracking number which was great. First time user and so far so good.
The Wed page was a little confusing, but overall very nice.
The process was simple and they have an easy to use website. Was able to simply upload my prescription and they did the leg work in reaching out to my optician. Was kept updated with regular email updates. Great experience overall!

Answer: Fyi, if you have VSP insurance and enter your info on their website it freezes your benefits and you have to call VSP to have it unlocked. Now another pto day to go back and order glasses that it is unlocked.
